I was trained as a guard in there. Mostly trained in patrols, night duty, radio comms & as a QRF (quick reaction force). Because of that I later joined The Royal Guards. One shift in there was about 36 hours long, depending on where you were stationed. I don't really miss that, haha. Anyways, if you join the military I can promise you that it'll be tough, however it will be something quite memorable. Those 8 month I was in the military are probably the most memorable months of my life!

I'm from Denmark. The first few weeks in there were very tough. You need to adjust to all the new rules, how to properly address superiors etc. However as an antisocial person, the toughest thing was adjusting to living with 11 strangers. However, constantly living with others within a tough environment surprisingly helped me to socialize much more with people :)

alright, no rush :)

I loved the story. It's short and very simple but it manages to convey a lot. I don't want to spoil anything though, we can talk about it once you've watched it

I'd suggest watching Hotarubi no Mori e :)

Going by intuition, it probably was Japanes Jujutsu. Going over their website (thanks google maps for being there for me), they don't specify it, but they mention the fact that Jujutsu is Japanese. We also used Japanese words and even learned a bit of Japanese there, as well as the fact that our instructor also thought Judo. Anyway, they are both very samey, aren't they? What I do remember about it is that it was all about grounding opponents. There was no strike that was thought to me, just one technique to take a situation to my advantage, but our warming up sessions had a bit of punching and kicking, and I remember one lesson ending with the teacher telling us how to kick high.

Oh, didn't I already say?
Guess I took a pause. Not really sure what kind, I know that I pulled out a few days before I could do my ceremony and get my first belt.

It was a mix of xenophobia and me being a very "unique" as a kid.
Was considered an outsider and generally not accepted by the people there.
Doesn't help that I wasn't one of the most athletic people either, bullying was quite common where I lived and basically spent part of my childhood at home because of it.

Ah no I meant collecting the berserk manga and punpun
Tangerine Jan 12, 12:59 AM
well the annoying part of the manga is every single ending seems so definitive but somehow things still happen and tears everything apart
but hey that's life

must've costed you a bunch

the plot is great, the characters are great, the ost is awesome, 10/10 no doubt

it's just as good of a masterpiece as the anime, tho the anime cuts out a lot of the things, and they changed or dramatized certain plots, it's some good stuff.
but it goes on for a lot more, unlike the anime. i think you'll like it, it's personally my fav as well.

haha nhk is the best yes

Hmm, I guess I did some Jujutsu for some months... as a way to defend myself from the bullies, but turns out, I ended up being alienated by the other students there too, so I just stopped going... Not that I really learned anything in 6 months.
