I do highly recommend reading the manga for Kuroshitsuji. You can read it over at Mangahere. They have all the chapters, also start from chapter 1 and up. All the anime has fillers that are not in the manga for example, episode one of season 1 did not occur in the manga. The Italian dude who got burned alive was not named Damian, and was really kind, and didn't get burned alive.
Episode 2 got switched around with episode 3 cause episode 3 is chapter 2 while episode 2 is chapter 3-4. Episode 4-6 followed the manga to a point (still altered things), 7-12 were all filler, 13-15 followed the Curry arc to a pointed (still altered things) episode 16-24 were all filler. Season 2 is anime original and did not occur in the manga. (However, they do make an appearance as different characters with different personalities.)
So if you want to read, start from chapter one and up.
