First of all this is an Original Anime by SHAFT and Aniplex. Its an all new mahou shoujo series. Although this kind of mahou shoujo seems to be different and more enticing than the other series like this. The work seems to be really original, other mahou shoujo series are really fancy if you will compare it it but this one really is different and I was really expecting this one! The character designer was Ume Aoki which is also the Character designer from the anime Hidamari Sketch, no doubt their quite similar and original. The anime looks really clean and neat unlike bakemonogatari and ... sayonara zetsubo sensei which are also SHAFT’s anime that is produced. Although if you really look at the art of the anime you will notice that SHAFT’s art remnants are still there. This is why SHAFT was really great because of their art originality and their splendid difference even though the genre totally fits the category.

The Opening song is sang by ClariS which is “Connect”. Every line of the lyrics totally slots with the story. She can make difference even though she will encounter many obstacle, she knows that she can make the future better. This is something that I could understand in the song but there’s more into it I just didn’t really criticized it that much although our singer made another impression to her fans and some people that liked her song in this series.

First of all I want to give my self opinion in this anime. If you like soft kind of romance and shoujo anime then this is the right thing to watch although the only thing that many people hates about it is each arc has only 1 episode. There's a total of 4 episodes so that means there are 4 arcs. Its up to you to judge how do you like each arc but in this review I'll make sure that you will have a good time watching it!

Story (8 / 10)

The story points almost all the girls who wears "Glasses" in japanese its "Megane". ... All the arcs are soft-plained romance, its like a teaser on how they will fall in-love with each other and how the mutual understanding progress. All the arcs we're analyze very well so it won't be so boring even if its just a soft romance one shot episode series.

Art (8 / 10)

The art plainly great! I feel like watching Honey and Clover. All the glasses heroines are cute so their an exception. The blushes makes it way more cuter but I hope they didn't made an exaggeration on the glasses coz its looks way big. Its not fantastic like the other series but the soft romantic feeling make it look great already. It doesn't need more graphic and exaggeration. Its good as it use to be :) but having a clearer and sharpen animation would be a little better I guess :D

Sound (8 / 10)

It matches the genre of the anime. The opening and ending song was good but not a top notched to buy a single album of it. The romantic background sound and some other setting background music does suit the series. It suit it at least.

Character (7 / 10)

The character was just good but having the girl to make the move made me little disappointing. They also made the protagonist to look like an idiot but overall the actions and personality each of them are on terms at least.

Enjoyment (6 / 10)

I fairly enjoyed the series because of the weird glasses plot in it but most its disappointing because its way too short. They should've made it at least 27 - 30 minutes. Each episodes are kinda cliffhanging and that's the worst of it but at least I understand the producers about what they did so its just good as fair.

Overall (7 / 10)

Its fairly good at least, it made me feel light seeing youth being in love. It was just a teasing romantic anime but its still twitterpating in some sort of reason. The glasses made it more enticing if you have huge fetishes on Girls who wears Glasses. You will totally scream like "MOE~~~!" then add some kyun~! in the end hehe.

Its a great anime! WHY DID YOU GIVE IT A NINE?!
lol probably because of lack of Impact! that's the main reason.. The Main Plot is really great, dullahan, yellow scarves, dollars and saika. although because of the smooth development. when the trio discovered the other 2's identity's it didn't made a shock. This is the reason why I was pissed with Izaya. If he's really sadistic then he could make it a shocking one. It doesn't have an impact at all! that's what the series is currently missing! although its really good. The chronological flow of the anime is perfect, making all the mysteries ... unfolded one by one. Its a good thing that they started it with the dullahan folklore, it made everything more clearer in every episode I watch.

I can't say a word but its really good! I like the art of every character! I also like the intro theme art on how they introduce the main characters of the story.

woohooooo! love the opening and ending theme in both 1st and second half of the season! the bg music is great! I can't explain but its really good! nothing irritates my ear!

Its all Mikado's fault, his actions seems to be afraid. His frightened of what he did. He can't take responsibility of something he did. although in the end, it was fix but he didn't made an impact of how important his character in this story.
Almost all the character sufficed their role.

Enjoyment 9/10

Probably because of the impact I'm waiting, I ended the anime not that very satisfied although its really good, they made a good ending.. I just hate it when Anri fell for Masaomi, what the heck?! he's not even the super main protagonist! although he is a main character.

Overall 9/10

I'll say that I'm satisfied with it, if your not looking for romance and a huge impact then this will be 10/10 but in my opinion its really different so its up to you to decide when you watch it! I dare you coz this anime really rocks! I had no doubt its rank at MAL is really pawning!

When I read the plot at first I said,, hmmm this is interesting.. and I began watching it..
The Opening theme was great, and also the art and how the story was created..

Its all about a guy who is very good at dating sim game, in other words he only likes 2D girls not the real but because of the contract.. everything changes..

it looks like your the game protaganist itself and your going to date girls and make them fall for you..
the good thing about this is when the loose souls are gone within them, their memory about the protagonist bout being in-love ... with them will be gone..

pretty nice huh? you won't be called a playboy if that's the real case haha!
so if you want to watch something like harem and romance with matching strange story plot then this is for you!

I would rather say that this anime was one of the best! I've ever watched!
The comedy, the drama and the unnoticeable romance inside the plot.
If your looking for a hardcore drama then this is the best choice!
The Producers were the creators of clannad, kanon, air and more of it.
They have the excellence is creating such fantastic ending and drama combined with fulfilling romance!
which makes this anime one of the best!
Your tears are no exception here!
