Alice to Zouroku

Young girl MC who is (begrudgingly) taken under the wing of an older man. Alice to zouroku has a element of mystery and "action" to it while Usagi drop is more plain slice of life.

(also on my review) 1:Humanity on the brink of extinction from a super powerful enemy. 2:A black haired MC who wants revenge for his family getting killed. 3:An overall military theme, with one superior officer taking a liking to the MC. 4:Cool uniforms. 5: (Minor spoilers, skip this one)...... Both MC have an ability activated by either near death, or server pain, and become (one of the enemies) and becomes OP. 6:A large, unique cast, but with a main focus on the main squad, and the superior officer. 7:A decent amount of mystery behind what's going on, and what cause humanity to nearly die off. Also feels similar to "Black bullet"

VERY SIMILAR. Focuses just on girls, with hints of yuri and fan service. Main 4 girls who are trying to do their job's under the guidance of a few mature women who are older than them and lots of hints between yuri there as well. very similar animation, and overall feel despite being no shared producers, studios or licencors.

Angels and demons coming to earth, only to be influenced by Otaku culture in some way. Also, the roles get reversed where the devil/ demons become the good/ innocent ones, and the angels are the one perceived to be the bad guy/ slacker.

Amaama to Inazuma
add

Both have a single male who is basically raising a little girl on his own and not really know much of what to do, and somewhat relying on and outside help. In "Amaama to Inazuma" the outside is learning to cook proper meals In "Usagi drop" it's basically help with everything... Each are heartwarming and if you're a guy like me who looks forward to having a daughter one day, you may like both.

Both have a MC male who is Chuunibyou and has a harem (or harem situation) "Inou- battle" however has real super powers and action in it, where as "Ore no Kanojo" foucuses more on the harem and "romance" in it.

Alright so hear me out on this one: the animation styles are VERY similar (look at "Death" and "Sucy") (despite being "Bones" V "trigger") both have humor that are very similar and both have a fairy tale, magical, supernatural part to them. Both are focused on an academy to train the kids in (whatever it is they do). Best way i can describe it is if Soul Eater and harry potter had a baby...?

Both have a main point of the main girl and guy liking each other and its obvious to everyone but them, but more then that, at some point they notice the feelings towards each other (thank god ammirite?) and have the potential to start going out, however something comes up where the guy (or girl) is having doubts within themselves or the feelings of the other. This gives the whole "will they, won't they" vibe and while some may find it annoying, i think it works in these. (without them there wouldn't be much drama or plot after all.)

(I Chose to do this recommendation before i even saw how many other people decided to do so) Both stories follow a group (of teens) and puts them into a supernatural situation by an outside force in order to get them to bond with another. kizanaiver puts a group of strangers together and makes them share physical pain in order to achieve them to eventualy emotional bond them to get them to understand each other's problems Kokoro connect puts a group of friends together who are in a pretty much useless club, and puts them through a series of supernatural events to get them to bond with each other (for the amusement of another) Both are great in their own way, and i like how the whole show in both really just revolves around these 5-7ish people and really only them. You get to learn about each character a bit more in detail than you would most anime.

Both have a fiery, passionate, and pretty independent, Red-head MC, who are both "evicted" from their medieval set home for some reason. In my opinion, Yona of the dawn takes a bit of a reverse harem route, so if you don't quite want that, "snow white with the red hair" may be more up your alley since the MC seems to only fall for one guy. (also note, Yona of the dawn is apparently inspired by Korean history, where as "snow white" is very loosely based of the fairy tale.

Both follow a girl MC who is in some way being teased by a popular boy, who holds a secret of some sort, whether it's straight lies, or working at a maid cafe. Through the teasing of the boy, the boy starts to realize their feelings towards the main character. Both are very cute, and some funny bits mixed in.

Main character is trapped in his favorite virtual reality MMORPG. In overlord, The main character and his guild mates created an evil-demon lord like base, where they also created NPC's. after the servers are going to go down for good, the main character stays to the very end, only to find himself now tapped in the game, only now, the NPC's are sentient, can move on their own, and serve him based on how they were programmed by his guild mates. This story focuses more on the world that the MC as compared to sword art. We also learn next to nothing of the MC and i think they don't evn=en tell us their name. either way, very similar.

Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu
add

Both take the main character and make him die in some way in the real world, and are brought to a fantasy world by some sort of supernatural force, and the fantasy world is very similar a MMORPG. Kono suba takes a light and comedic (and fan service) route, where as Re:zero is more mature, story ridden, complex, and has more romance. I recommend both.
