Puchitto Hajiketa,

Both mangas revolve around the extremely hilarious and interesting "struggle for dominance" theme (the suitors are all semes who don't wanna be ukes) Who wants to be a bottom? None of these guys! NOTE: Parallel Lines has multiple stories, so only the first one relates to Puchitto Hajiketa. Also, Puchitto revolves around "the struggle" more whereas Parallel has it as a supporting theme.

Both have a hint of yakuza x yaoi in them, but only as small themes.

Gives

While Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai is much hotter and focuses more on the steamy, gritty side of Yakuza X Yaoi (as a main theme while Gives doesn't) it's still a good read after Gives. The author of Saezuru, "Yoneda Kou," also has another extremely sexy Yakuza X Yaoi manga out called "Crows Zero: Borderless", (one of my favs!) but for some reason MAL doesn't have it available for a quick look up. Be sure to check out all these great works ^^b

Both have a hint of yakuza x yaoi in them, but only as small themes. Personally, I think Yuigonjou is better with handling yakuza themes in a yaoi ^^b

Gives

NightS has more yaoi x yakuza themes while Gives is more underlying to the main situation (memory loss and gang trouble). Both are good reads if one is looking for gritty yaoi x yakuza

Sakura-gari

I respect anyone who can read Sakura Gari and live to tell the tale. The same thing goes for Godchild. Both are chock-full of heart wrenching pain and tragedy set in their own personal historical time periods. On the surface, these two stories aren't similar in the least bit, but the underlying meanings are completely relevant. Both have made it to my top ten mangas, easily.

It’s time to ditch the text file.
