Not a bad review on steins gate
I almost stopped watching bcus the first 7 or 8 ep were useless and super boring that I had to force my self to see why it was rated so high but as I went on it is actually rlly good plz stick with it and re rate it

I guess I can see what you mean with Akria because I had to watch it again to enjoy it and steins gate I thought that the first have was slower but it paid off for the incredible second half. I can see why some people didn't like it tho. I also thought that Mirai Nikki was really fucked up with all the R@pe and unessicary fan service, but some of the parts were enjoyable and the rest was wack.
