i am admin from Anime america club and regarding your post on the staff application, being a card maker is when you make threads for cards (pictures that depend on the theme, with the club name and name of the applicant)
You may or may not deliver them to the profiles of the applicants for the card because we have card deliverers ^^ but if your not busy go ahead and and deliver it by yourself :)

you can use simple programs such as GIMP or photoshop to make these cards ^^
