Update August 14, 2021: I have migrated to AniList.
I enjoy anime, manga, manhwa, and webcomics, not all of which are listed on MAL. Generally, I prefer more recent stuff. My personal enjoyment is not especially dependent on plot solidity. For example, I find that my desire to root for the protagonist(s) is more crucial for my enjoyment. That being said, if the plot is good or bad enough for me to care, the score will be affected. I am also more of an escapist than a realist when it comes to consuming these types of media. Lastly, I use the "Comment" function in my lists; click "More" if you want to read them (spoilers are hidden with BBCode).  |
