You're welcome. Actually, I watched the first season of Ashita no Joe, but I feel like I didn’t do it justice because I watched it at the wrong time. That’s why I plan to rewatch it from the beginning. Thank you for your suggestion :)

Hello. Normally, I'm not sure if people will like Utena, but when I looked at your favorite works, I thought you’d probably enjoy it. Utena is the story of a girl who overcomes the internal and external obstacles she encounters while trying to discover herself, but this journey is presented with an avant-garde narrative and contains a lot of social criticism. So it's actually a story about growing up, and it has a pretty weird presentation. I love this "weird", Ikuhara's direction is truly stunning. Both Utena and Rose of Versailles touch on similar themes, so if you enjoy the storytelling style, I think Utena will be a great experience for you. I hope you like it

I was wondering if I should watch/read Glass no Kamen because of its hiatus and whether I'd read the novel or watch the Les Miserables anime

it's mostly bikini armor girls and shows from the 80's and 90's.

One of the more unique shows I've seen. The beginning was a little slow, but now the wheels are starting to turn faster. I really dig its sci fi aspects and I find it to be compelling as a mystery. Each episodes feeds you questions that only make you want to watch more. So far, I find the primary characters to be a bit plain though.
