WELCOME TO MY PROFILE!  Hey y'all! The name's Sonia. Thanks for visiting my bland profile, which if you couldn't already tell is currently under construction. Regarding basic personal info, I was born and raised in Southern California. I'm an identical twin, and NO, we never had the guts to switch classes on April Fools' lol. While friends and relatives can easily tell us apart, acquaintances mix us up all the time 😹😹😹. I recently graduated from CSUF with an accounting degree, having worked my ass off nonstop for 5 whole years. The very fact that I somehow managed to graduate without losing my mind is an accomplishment in itself lol. Being a full-time student isn't nearly as straightforward as you'd think ... I mean, it all seems so simple on paper. All you have to do is study and get all of your assignments done in a thorough, timely fashion (unfortunately, this is easier said than done as you might have other things to worry about in addition to your schoolwork). I believe the hardest aspect of college is being able to stay motivated right until the very end because it does become progressively harder to manage your workload as you get closer to graduation (I had a severe case of senioritis LMAO). Although I don't feel like burying my face in a mountain of textbooks right now, I intend to go to a T14 law school (UChicago 😍😍😍) and to become a corporate lawyer one day. This is a long-term goal of mine which I may or may not achieve in the foreseeable future. I accept all friend requests, so feel free to send me one if you wanna add me! i can't remember my initial thoughts on philly but i think i didn't like it because travis i fear 😭😭😭 i honestly thought that was gonna be the uzi feature because of the name & tuned out when i heard travis ngl. THE RL PERFORMANCE WAS SO FIREEEEEEE i got so hype when he played location he's slowly reverting back to accepting his old eras again we cheered!!! i was sad he didn't play magnolia but i heard he's playing it on his tour w the weeknd so we won a little at least!

You don't know what Dokomi is? Let me explain real quick: It's an Japan and Anime/Manga themed Event/Convention.
It was my first time there and I met some really cool people and saw incredible cosplays and characters, it was such a fun experience!
There were also people spontaneously dancing to music, creating such a fun and vibe. Everyone was so chill and friendly, it really added to the positive atmosphere of the event.
That said, it was very crowded and felt a bit overfilled. It was hard to properly look at figures or merchandise because there were just so many people.
Still, I managed to get a few awesome things!
I bought a cup featuring a custom design drawn by someone’s daughter, it looks super cool and unique.
I also picked up a plushie and four keychains: Hatsune Miku, Misa Amane, two cute cats, and one with a hand-drawn design.
My favorite part?
THE 18+ AREA! I almost didn’t get access to it because I forgot to bring my ID to prove I’m 18+ (to get the 18+ Area bracelet). Luckily, my friend had their driver’s license with them, so we swapped, I used their license, and they used their ID card. It wasn’t exactly the right way to do it, but it worked, and we both got in. I know it wasn’t ideal, but honestly, if I’m at an event like that, I want to experience everything! And just to be clear, I am 18+, so no worries there.
Aaaaand...Definitely the Itasha (anime-wrapped car) collection! I absolutely love them, they looked incredible.

Some of the cars were themed after The Quintessential Quintuplets, Date A Live, Violet Evergarden, and more.
My personal favorites were the ones with Gawr Gura and Violet Evergarden, they looked so good!
Sadly, I couldn’t find anything about Clannad or Kanon, two of my all-time favorites. :(((( I guess older anime just aren’t featured as often at these events, except for the old Ghibli’s.
Such a cool experience overall! Recommend :)
