I really liked your review of Shomin Sample. You begin with your concise view of "Harem" genre, then compare recent elements of past series with those you observe within this current fall 2015 offer. Well done. Only issue I had with your review was language based. I will not assume knowledge of your primary language, but I did notice an issue with tense usage. Present. Past. Future. Tense observance can be critical in English exposition and narration.

Understanding the six basic tenses allows one to re-create much of the reality of time in their writing.

Simple Present: They walk.
Present Perfect: They have walked.
Simple Past: They walked.
Past Perfect: They had walked.
Future: They will walk.
Future Perfect: They will have walked.

I hope I am not offending you somehow. I merely wish to help you improve your writing. You have talent.
I'll give you an examples from your own writing, and then follow that with my edit so you can see the difference.

1- The MC: he has fully aware and come to the term “expect the unexpected” in this “cultural shock”, instead of finding everyone around him “annoyingly-overreact” with everything he does, he understand that it can’t be helped and that he willingly to follow and give careful explanation to everything if each of those girls came in with questions. For this, the character really score at the point of being a true sincerely MC.

Edit with tense flow:

The MC: he becomes fully aware of, and comes to terms with, the unexpected cultural shock of his situation. Instead of finding everyone (those) around him annoyingly reactionary (over-reactive implies annoying, so no need to say it twice, or just say..around him overly emotional) toward his own reactions, he soon understands this can't be helped and that each girl has different needs that he can willingly and carefully fulfill. In this effort, our character can score as a truly sincere MC.

Keep writing. Take care. Milo.

Well definately it's a funny series that's why I don´t know exactly if I should reccomend or not this series.

Even though it's basically censured hentai, I can´t stop watch it. It's like "ah Mon-Musume already aired let's check it out", at the end I blame about how ecchi this is without presenting any plot what so ever but in the next week I will be watching the next episode..

Really ? There is no hentai about monster girls ? I find that hard to believe because I personally watched some hentai where some girls were half-monsters or demons or whatever, but that's not the point. If Mon-Musume is bad it won´t be because it copied some hentai's plot. It would be because of the fact that it's not an Hentai series because if was an hentai series then we would have quite a masterpiece. Let's face it most of the hentai we just skip to the sex scene.. but this one, being an Hentai, I think I would actually see the entire story..

Well in the end, yes I have to give credit to Mon-Musume because it's a funny anime (I said this in my review).
