Could I know where your signature is from?

Wow, thank you! You have no idea how much that means to me, especially considering how old that story is and how much I doubt the quality of my own writing. I don't have steps other than "Try to write something coherent." A lot of people have told me I'm a good writer; maybe I'm too hard on myself. I suffer from negative self-image/writer's block a lot, which is why that story's been on hiatus for so long.

Thanks. I work on a lot of IMDb Parents Guides for anime but recently they changed their whole system and sometimes they just don't approve my information? I don't know :\ I like the idea of your club a lot.

I reserve 10's for something truly special.

I wasn't sure whether to award it a 9 or a 10. I might raise it someday. I think the one little problem with it is character development. Although the story and the setting are rife with depth, the characters aren't diverse enough. Still, it's a wonderful anime and I get happy just thinking about it.

Your analysis of him is interesting. I agree these changes are there, but I can't connect them to a character. He goes through changes, but at his heart he's generic and these changes are quite general - he's a nice introvert, then becomes a badass, then rediscovers his feelings. It's Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis, which is a great pattern but I don't see it used here in any meaningful way. What does it mean?

I criticize the gore for being excessive and dull. It was fun at first, but they don't do anything interesting with it, new body distortions, new way of cutting people up. It numbed me.

It is a major issue that all the females love him, because the show never explains why. Moreover, it shows he always has a safety net of social acceptance and it's not addressed. Dealing with grief is different when all the women love you.
