hey man its been ages hows life been going for ya?

Yo how have ya been? I was the new gintama ep right, and my god the analogy for the ep was so wrong i ended up turning the subs off. So I recommend leaving horriblesubs as a last resort if you cant find others(this goes for every anime) I also looked at some comparison screenshots cause I had a feeling they were just upscaling from 480p to 720/1080p and it turns out to be true. Bottom line: Avoid Horriblesubs at all cost(if possible) I know alot of other sub groups u should stay away from but Horriblesubs are the biggest one. Also if u need anime recommendations let me know.

Thanks man, I actually remember this one, back then i remember that it was stated for a few seasons but the pre planning had been halted so they couldnt make anymore seasons, It was a good show though.

haha thats pretty much the reason I gave up on subs the other reasons being the naming sense for fansubs and some of the jokes arnt funny if translated. you've seen nisemonogatari yea? in the first ep how koyomi has a showdown with mayoi about how if you add the word "courage" to the end of the sentence you can change something that sounds ridiculous to sound positive. the reason why i didnt find it funny in english is because japanese has this grammar called "noun modifiers"(works just like it sounds) where the characters say yuuki(courage) at the end of their sentences it still makes sense and thats why its funny(if you dont get it i can write examples from the anime down to make more sense)

haha yea unfortunately horriblesubs were the only group that finished at the time but im pretty sure rumbel subs have finished the first season if not, if u search gintama bakabt on google there should be a torrent with dvd subs but knowing dvd subs they probably arnt much better, so if theres jokes that u dont get just tell me ill probably be able to recognise most of them(seeing as its pretty much parodies of shounen titles)

with one piece a lot of people have a problem with the length and yea the beginning was kinda annoying but i kinda started watching it at like 100 and the ep was real good so yea thats how I started watching one piece. But yea I kinda just ignore peoples recommendations like I listen to their opinions but ive seen so many animes that no matter how many people say its real good if you watch it and u get disapointed it seems like a waste of time.(Same thing if people say its bad, if u watch it and try to find flaws chances are you'll probably end up enjoying it then you'll be like why the hell isnt this rated higher you know?) if you look at my list probably over half of them i would of rate 6 or lower. But thanks for replying hitman reborn was one of the animes where the manga had the worse endings so i had to ask for an opinion of what you thought of the anime.

Kaiji is not only good, but one of the best anime out there. You should check it out. Sorry for the late reply. I'm busy with my enrollment.

Accel World reminds me of Shakugan no Shana and I still haven't completed the season 3 of it. Area no Kishi is just an average sports anime. It is not as great as Eyeshield21. Most of the characters are generic. And the first few episodes were draggy. I think you should check it by yourself. By the way, did you already watch Kaiji?
