About favorite anime:About favorite anime: As it shows, there are only the first seasons of each anime present at my favorite anime list. Why? MAL users can only select a few anime, manga, characters or peoples in their favorite section and that’s how it should be. So instead of choosing specific seasons for each anime which could take a lot of slots for a single adaptation, I rather add only the prequels and by doing this what I meant is that the whole series are my favorite including the sequels.
About favorite characters:I usually maintain a strict policy to not to choose any supporting characters no matter how noble their actions were in a series or despite their appearances. The characters that were selected by me in my favorite section were either the protagonist themselves or the main characters besides them. The fact is not all characters are equals after all. Their priorities make the difference
About favorite people:To be frank, I’m quite fond of all the staff (voice actors and actresses) involved in anime creation out there. Their efforts and expressions are what people enjoy behind the scenes. So it’s really hard for me to decide. I also appreciate some of the theme song performances (OP/ED) and the individuals who perform them.
Special Request:There are some anime/manga sequels tagged by “⚠ NOT FOUND!” in my anime list at the ON HOLD section – So if anyone by any chance knows the whereabouts of the source of those sequels, please feel free to inform me through comments or private messages.
Rͬaͣtͭiͥn̾g̾S̾y̾s̾tͭeͤmͫ I personally admire the profession of anime/manga creation and the Japanese culture. So even though I know that most of the people take the rating system of MAL very seriously, although that’s really quite different for me. I always try to give a positive score to any adaptations and there are reasons such as described below for every score provided.
Score (10+) :|Splendid| There is no such thing as (score 10+) on MAL.They are my personal favorite and I always add reviews and tags for these sections. They are magnificent from my perspective. Score (10/10) :|Masterpiece| They resemble the embodiment of the true work of art.The flawless structure of genres and continuation of the sequels withharmony is what makes them perfect. Score (9/10) :|Great| The storylines are great and each could beconsidered as some wonderful piece of work by far. These adaptationscan always provide some serious excitement. Score (8/10) :|Very good| These series have potential, yet somewherealong the way it seems to me that the pieces lost their touch to reach even further. However, they are entertaining in their own way. Score (7/10) :|Good| The plots are somewhat unpredictable in several sequencesand that’s what makes them quite interesting to watch. Are they recommended? Hardly. Score (6/10) :|Fine| Out of respect for the authors and their efforts to createthese adaptations, I consider them as some fine works indeed. They are easy to forget either way. Score (5/10) :|Average| The title “average” is an understatementfor this type of series. Predictable outcomes with the same old clichésmight be a proper way to describe them. Score (4/10) :|Bad| Bad combination of genres, unorganized comedy routines, too many lewd (ecchi) scenes except an actual story. They are thevery definition of boring from my experience. Score (3/10) :|Very bad| The anime/manga of this section usually contains strong sexual content. They are basically close to hentai anime/manga series. So the title “very bad” holds a different meaning for them. Score (2/10) :|Horrible| Blood and gore or intense violenceis the main theme in these adaptations. Not ideal for all viewers. Score (1/10) :|Appalling| Extreme should be the word instead of appalling. Adultery, mild Languages, drugsor perhaps some other criminal activities are very common affairs for these stories. They are focused on reality more than fiction.
