My Anime/Manga rating scale:
10/10: My absolute favorite Anime. Not perfect, but there is nothing better out there.
9/10: Amazing Anime that in my opinion stand out through their interesting concepts and/or consistent quality. Also, for shows that I can relate to on a personal level (e.g. Oregairu).
8/10: Very good shows that are less consistent and have low points during their run. I would still recommend these shows to anyone.
7/10: Good Anime, which have elements that consistently bothered me.
6/10: Above average Anime that I'm able to enjoy, despite their share of problems. I would recommend these shows for fans of the respective genre.
5/10: Average Anime that do nothing terribly wrong but nothing really right, either. May or may not get dropped depending on my mood. Also, for trainwrecks that have a redeeming feature or character that allow me to complete watching them (e.g. Mirari Nikki).
4/10: Below average Anime that actively bore me during significant parts of their runtime. It takes a sizeable amount of my willpower to keep watching to the end.
3/10: Shows that are so uninteresting, that I usually can't finish watching them.
2/10: Trashy Anime with little to no redeeming features. Watching these shows induces my rage.
1/10: Anime that actively offend me. The worst of the worst.

That aside, do you have any medical manga that you can recommend?
In general, I can say that I really enjoyed Madoka. I've seen the first two movies that cover the series and I'm about to go watch the third one. Hope you had a nice secret santa yourself, cheers ;).
