So lazy.

I don't know remember whether or not the anime is like the manga, but Suzuka's manga is one of my favorite romance stories (in the last ~quarter of the manga, that is).

IIRC R+V's anime sucked. It loses the interesting character development and dumbs down the story significantly. You're welcome for the opinion that you never asked for.

You need to update your list! I just breezed through my "i0n Exclusive" list and went through some romance ones haha. I was wondering why you hadn't seen Kanon/Clannad (you didn't mention whether or not you did, but I'm assuming that you have).

Seto no Hanayome and Hayate no Gotoku are both among my favorite comedies. SnH tends to be more gag funny and HnG tends to just cover a lot of bases/breaking the fourth wall/etc.

I strongly recommend the Hayate no Gotoku manga over the anime. Both are good, but the manga has better pacing and is unabridged (the main romance isn't really in either season of the anime). The manga actually has a serious plot toward the latest portion.

Well, this is surreal. :P
