Hi. I just read your profile description, and I felt I should caution you: being open about your mental disorder online can easily lead to being mocked for it. I used to be open about my mental disorders on Youtube comments section and MAL, only to then be mocked by other people for it.
Your favorite characters' list is very unconventional. It's interesting.

Yes, you are spot on about Kirei. I haven't seen other fate routes yet but even basing on F/Z I can easily tell is he is really well written and his character journey is very unique. His interaction with Gil is just amazing, it was so intriguing and acted the foundation to which Kirei developed. I love how Urobuchi explored the philosophy of Hedonism with Kirei. Also, I'm writing a paper on Fate/Zero for my philosophy class, using it as a criticism of Utilitarianism (Kiritsugu) and Kantian Ethics (Shirou). I also wanna try including Kirei and hedonism into this but from what you are saying, I guess I need to watch UBW and HF before I do that.

I was asking about how you feel about the DN anime and not the manga. I should have phrased that better, my bad. Stone Ocean has the same problems as that of SC. I would have probably dropped manga if it ain't for Jotaro. I am nearly in chapter 80 and it has some interesting developments coming up. So I would recommend to keep on reading.

My initial love for it didn't really stick with me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time watching it and still love it but the other anime in my favourites just resonated with me on a deeper level.

I did take a long break (1-2 months) after watching episode 16 which usually interrupts the flow and emotional investment that I have on a show so that may have been one reason.

If I decide to revisit it in the future, it'd probably get back in my top 10.

Well, that’s good to hear. ^_^

Oh, I see. Well, at least you’re on break from studying me and exams though, and yet you’re still bored now lol.
If that’s the case, what else would you enjoy doing that will stop you from being less bored then?

Hello, I am doing well. How about you?

I like the fact that you have Kirei and Makishima as your favs. They are both fantastic antagonists.

How do you feel about Death Note and Stone Ocean manga so far?

Oh, hello. ^^

Nothing much, what about you? 😊

ty i just like what i like, also there are specific manga i can't read on my phone so it kinda limits my ability to read some stuff like monster, but eh, i typically find good enough manga to replace them.

also you should delete that literal shit off your profile, the dude has no class and too much time in the world to be naming himself "fuckmalay" and posting that on your wall, yeesh

Well,it is amazing in every possible way.+You know me woe,I wouldn't put a series into my top 10 just because there's a waifu in it
Roronoa Nov 1, 1:09 AM
Kizu was fun and owari s1 first two arcs were good imo but the one after i thought was just ok. Thats about all the positivity i have for the series lol 😎 and last arc for owari s2 i guess, cool seeing how it made everything in the past have its purpose for the conclusion

first off, never seen penguindrum so can't really say much on its behalf, secondly it's not fair for you to judge the show if you've only seen snippets of it, and not its entirety . it's quite infuriating when someone does that, especially when it's towards one of my favorite shows.

anyways too lazy to go super technical so here's the jist of why i like it: great orchestral ost, loved the revues and performances, loved the characters and their drive, its metaphorical presentation with fantastic audiovisuals, the symbolism and my god there is so much symbolism, and a bunch of other things. it wasn't just a show, it is a living work of art, especially when it was based off of and celebrates takarazuka revue. trust me, it becomes really amazing if you get past the first few eps (which i had no problems with), you'll realize how important the little details and symbolism is, and connect with all the characters. the people who argue against it are typically the ones who are impatient enough to realize the true intent of the show, and judge it at face value. also, because they're impatient, they'd obviously miss out so soooo much amazing stuff the show has to offer. so see the show for yourself, its one of the best i've ever seen.

i'd recommend watching this dude's analysis vids on revue after every ep, he does an amazing job on explaining some of its symbolism, the dude does his research.
also another great video if you ever decide to finish it
