I admit I saw these first and I ended up becoming confused about who the main character was due to the order that I watched. But after seeing the series, I find myself feeling attached to the characters since I know who they are and what they are fighting for.

Personally, I think it would be best to watch the series season 1 first so you know who the main character is and don't get confused about it, then you watch these prequels, then watch season 2.

Overall, a very good build-up to the first season's storyline! It made me want to continue to see what will ... happen until the end. I will not spoil anything, but hopefully, there will be a season 3 to finish the story and leave the characters with a very happy ending.

It started off a little confusing for me at first as I watched Killer Thirteen's story first, Killer Chicken's second, then finally got to see Seven's story after.
Once I watched the rest of the series, I could see how consistent and well-paced the story is.

This show has very likable characters, I enjoy the small and sweet romantic interaction between Seven and Thirteen, Seven's connection to the Chickens really worked - they bounce off each other really well! I also enjoyed seeing Seven grow closer to the residence of Chicken Island as that really did make me like them and not see them as an annoyance ... to the plot!

The fight scenes are very good too, as well as seeing the different techniques from different characters. I admit, it can be a bit Dragon Ball Z esq. sometimes, but they are very much what I look forward to when I watch this show.

Currently, I finished the second season of this series and hope there will be a season 3. As I try not to spoil anything, Seven seems to be getting his closure.
Overall, I give this show a 9.
