Scores are an arbitrary point between "Good" and "Like" - some shows scored 7 are shows I really love and am fond of, some shows ranked 9-10 I think are good, but don't like that much.

The opposite might also hold, a 10 could be an anime I absolutely love but has big holes, while a "7" is a really good anime that I didn't care for.

Ratings are quite arbitrary as it is, it's more interesting to hear what people thought of the show anyway.
