This is a brief overview of my rating system.



On a related note, any show I watch and have stamped with an initial rating is completely subject to change. An initial viewing can be heavily biased and as your understanding of a show becomes clearer on rewatches your updated opinion should be checked against your rating and your rating revised accordingly.

Importantly, I have been watching anime since I was a kid. The list here on MAL does not actually reflect the amount of anime I have seen but is more of a combination of a revisiting of anime I have previously watched and new anime I have since discovered.
