Never forget yourself worth. I found that especially true when dealing with women. You got this.

Same. My mom is working her butt off as well. I hope yours is safe.

I'm making my way through their discography, currently up to Ghosts I-IV. So far I like them all to varying degrees, but it's all of very high quality. I knew about them (him?) for a very long time, and I had listened to TDS a couple of times over the years but these last couple of days was when it finally clicked with me and I fell in love with it. Crazy to think this was a commercial hit, because it's not an easy listen at all.

The Fragile is amazing too, I'd say just as good as TDS. I'd even say that if it only were Side A, it would be superior. Side B is great too, but it muddles the overall picture a little bit, contrary to TDS which is super tightly constructed, so that's why I'd say that album has the slight edge.

I'm sorry to hear that, I think this year has been rough on everybody, but hang in there man. It always can get better.

Btw, I'm sorry if it's a bit unrelated but I've really been getting into NIN lately, and I can totally see why The Downward Spiral is your favorite album. It's definitely at least in the Top 15 for now. I find it a bit too depressive and negative to be my absolute favorite but it's fantastic.

Came here from a forum thread about books that people have been reading lately! Steve Biko's "I write what I like" seemed really interesting, and I think I'll check it out once I finish what I'm currently reading. I imagine these books are very different in form, but you may also enjoy Dugmore Boetie's Familiarity is the Kingdom of the Lost.

I have a long enough list of books to read, but I'd also love to hear any book recs you may have. The journey never ends! :=)
