Fast forward couple of years to when Dropbox decided to screw things up and the theme stopped working. That was the moment I thought it's a good opportunity to just rewrite it. Start from scratch, correct all the mistakes I made along the way, and have a solid code I am not ashamed of showing to people. But it just can't be done. It really can't. I tried, I failed, nobody beside you asked me to fix so when you stopped asking I decided not to bother at all.
However, since you still want it, tomorrow I will reupload the images, stitch it back together, and never, ever again will I look at the horrors that lurk inside those files.
This is an easy fix, but takes time to do so since now I have to manually copy the absolute link to each and every file and replace the relive paths in every theme. I'll make a priority with Katawa Shoujo theme, but I can't promise when I'll find the time to do so.

I also change the margin so the image is better positioned on the screen, tho I changed it so it fits my resolution (1920x1080) - you might want to tweak it if you have a different screen resolution.
The reason the CSS breaks when you copy it, is because I am using relative paths so url(topbar/topbar.css) actually means: url(https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/30833664/mal/themes/katawa%20shoujo/topbar/topbar.css). The reason my script knows that path and yours doesn't is because my main.css is located https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/30833664/mal/themes/katawa%20shoujo/ks.css. Therefore url(topbar/topbar.css) means: "relatively from where you are go to topbar folder and load topbar.css".
