i totally resonate with that, because bocchi + other shows helped me out a bunch during some kinda difficult times. the characters are really lovable and, as you said, it has humor that is *gasp* actually funny!! (most of the time... not always) also yes i love how the art direction is always changing, it really makes the show unique! in general there are so many banger shows this season, cheers to a good season of anime for the weebs 🎉

i honestly have no idea... i thought bocchi the rock was pretty good, idk about aoty tho, maybe aots. i do like chainsaw man a lot, but i think im just biased lmao. as for seasons apart from fall and spring i have no idea bc i only watched like 2 shows each for winter and summer
