SpiralEyes,

Thanks! I've been well, but my pc hardware wasn't (and still mostly isn't). I don't have the ready cash to buy a replacement so I'll have to make do with it for the indefinite while. *sigh*

I can empathize with the guilt. I've been away from MAL for months ... again. =,=

Oh, well. Gave me time to finally catch up on some anime. :b

SpiralEyes,

I finished watching Air Master yesterday. It was surprisingly "dumb" fun. >,<

actually old school scooby was pretty scary :Dbut now when i watched it, i can get the gags. i don't remember alot about old american animations.. but flinstone was well remembered. and i love bugs bunny (warner bro.). the comedy was quite nasty but funny.

my life is pretty fine right now. of course i face some problems but it's not so bad that i can't handle. how's yours? i really wish everything is fine ^_^

anyway, what anime you are watching now?
i'm on Shingeki no Kyojin (attack on titan), along with Free!, and Coppelion. I don't really watch Coppelion though,.. just as long as i accidently watch it from Animax only :D

SpiralEyes,

I finally finished reading Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle during the months I didn't have internet access. I'll be reading xxxHOLiC next year. It's been long enough so I'll be starting from scratch. I don't think I covered that much in the past, anyway.

I think I'm still heartbroken from OJ dying so the even more recent kitten deaths didn't bother me as much. This, in spite of my having been feeding them (because their mother, Pia, already gave up) every couple of hours for a few weeks. One of the four is still alive. I hope she stays that way. Named her Sylia after Sylia Stingray. Mom calls her Cecil though. (Not sure about the spelling.)

For a while, I got confused, and thought you meant you only have to deal with allaxophobia for seven more years. ~,~'

You don't need to avoid posting on my wall anymore! ^o^ (That was just mostly an experiment and a haphazard stopgap measure against advertisement trolls.)

Mom shared before that she can't play games like Scrabble online because her opponents get bored by her taking too long during her turn. >,<

Dad's eyes seem to have worsened so he didn't bother finishing the Detective Conan movies he asked for from me. =,=

You missed all the fun here on MAL. Some hacker really messed up the site. It was offline for a couple days and most of the stuff didn't work properly for awhile afterwards. I was ready to scrap my list and just go back to exclusive use of my Excel Master List.

Final Fantasy VII, ne? I was somewhat disappointed in that, but I am not a fan of heavy CG work. But, that's just me. The only one of those I liked was Final Fantasy The Spirits Within.

awww i feel sad for the hamster. but please don't hate the dog. animal mostly live in 'today'. so they have no memories or guilty about what they do. we tend to humanize animal. i dont know whether u already buy the hamster or not, but make sure that this time you set a rule and be a pack leader. everyone in your house needs to be a pack leader because possibly before the dog lives freely without rules. i got these ideas from watching Caesar Milan's Dog Whisperer. try to read or watch the show. it will help you a lot on handling dog or other animal. i use his technique when feeding stray cats that comes for food :D

anyway i love scooby doo! hahaahahha the classic one is the best, i agree! but when i was a kid i was scared to watch scooby doo. because i don't know english, and i don't know reading my local language yet. when i get older, i enjoyed it :D

wait.. you're going to marry again? or already marry again?

nashino mondai desu is "No Problem" in English. So, you learned something. I don't polish my nails and they are full of pits, too. LOL.

I really was not too impressed with Shinkai's Children Who Chase Lost Voices. I still don't know how that got translated out of Hoshi wo Ou Kodomo. But, leave it to Sentai Films to mis-translate. They are the old ADVision and they always mis-translated. They came up with The Place Promised in Our Early Days for what should have translated as Beyond The Clouds, The Promised Place. Good film by any name, though. It happens to be my #1 anime film.

arrrrrrrrghhh i am so sorry! life is getting crazier and crazier here. i hardly take a break and get a deep breath.

I rarely watched anime, i mean, new one that i can get. so i just played whatever i had at home. i just re-run my Gintama. That's my stress release... however, i found a nice anime about music called Sakamichi no Apollon. I think it's the title. It's like nodame cantabile, but this is all about jazz. You really have to see the graphic motion to be on the same time with the drummer. That's crazily insane precision!!

awwwww... speaking about your cousin... i am taking care of "special needs" here.. basically he had a "learning difficulty"... but i also see him has no rules and boundaries at home... he can order me to take his thing like i am his maid! he's year one Primary school. my gosh,.. my day with him.. not only about his lesson trouble (cannot read) but also his behaviour and manner. I trully has trouble. i almost lost my job. i am now feel there's separation between me and the main teacher. he really created all mess to me.. but before the holidays, he made a lot of improvements. every night before i sleep i pray hoping that he didn't create a mess by next day. :(

Well, your cousin really need to be in strict rules. and that must come from everyone, including parents. as long as parents blindly fold their eyes and thinks she's normal and you guys only make up stories, then it won't work. also, must be very careful about money to a hedonist :D

awww... i love to hear more about Gizmo...! he seems so adorable now! love love!! ^_^

anyway, merry christmas, if you celebrate it, and definitely: happy new year!
i wish all the best for you, your children, grandma (wish her well!), your big family, even your ex-husb. :) and also the dog and cat! :D

SpiralEyes,

Who was your profile avatar before this cat? Where is this cat scene from anyway? (curious, curious)

It shouldn't be a total loss. You might still be able to enjoy the more modern high definition 3D games on your big TV.

I remember renting a VCD from BlockBusters while vacationing at my uncle's in NC around a decade ago. He had (or probably still has) a big 2 meter wide TV downstairs. When I watched it there, it was horribly pixelated (in contrast to the usual DVDs). I settled for the VCD because the shop didn't have a DVD version of that particular film of Jet Li and I really wanted to watch it back then. Should have just watched it on a regular TV. ~,~'

That reminds me of Thermae Romae. Hahahaha! ^o^ I've never had any pet fish. (Tadpoles don't count, right? Kids will be kids.) How often do you need to change the water?

I saw enough of Detective Conan on Cartoon Network. I know many like that series, but it really just is sort of blah for me.

I'm gland you liked Rurouni Kenshin and that you were able to get Aoshi away from Misao. LOL

I actually have more of Bleach, I found a couple seasons tucked away in a corner of one of my HDD's. So, I guess I will have to watch them. I much preferred InuYasha to Bleach.

I did finish Legend of the Galactic Heroes. I gave the series a 9. It's different than most anime in that it is more a narrative style. It's very entertaining.

I very recently finished a series titled Glass Mask (2005) version. It was outstanding and I gave it one of my very rare 10's.

I will be moving the end of the month into a very nice Apartment Complex designed for Seniors. So no more kids around and I got a second floor apt to avoid having someone living above me. I'm looking forward to it.
