Hi! Saw your thread in the Recommendations site. No, there is no Christian anime per say except for Superbook and the Flying House. Remember, less than 2% of Japan is Christian.

I am a member of a site called Christian Anime Alliance- they can recommend anime that have Christian themes and ideas, and the members can even give details on the content if there are things that you would rather not watch or not see past certain levels of.
