Yup, sound like good.

Good luck with it. :)

So no choice: changing the difficulty, in order to delete those difficult items. :p
lady_freyja Mar 9, 2016 12:34 PM
Yes. You just suppress 30 item from the list (not the bonus)
You can change the number during the challenge, so I recommend you to start with the 50, and lower the level if you saw that it's too much. へへ

Good luck with it. Personally I take my time, with only 4 complete manga since my start. :p

Usually you just have to search into google the manga name, and you add "manga", that should give you some links to a reader.

Dynasty is a reader mostly dedicated to the yuri genre.
After that, you have more generalist manga readers; like batoto, manga go, manga fox, manga here… et cætera et cætera. :D

You can also try to directly download the scanlated manga, from a torrent tracker like Bakabt, or on the website of the team who scanlated the manga that interest you. Some teams have a dedicated reader BTW.

Oh yes, feel free to message me any time. へへ

As for the manga challenge, you intend to buy all the manga you'll read for it? Because that's mean 20 complete series (or oneshots) at minimal.
I have only 21 series/oneshots in my library. :p

For the banner, they are available in the first post, here:
After clicking on the little "show banners".

You take the url of the banner you like, and then you simply go into you "forum" settings, and write that in the signature text zone:

You just have to change the url of the image by the one you want.

And no, there is nothing weird to like reading physical copies, I have a little manga collection myself. へへ
So you're in the USA… From what I know, Seven Seas is the main yuri editor:
From what I was, they publish a lot of anime related manga, like Kashimashi, Strawberry Panic, Akuma no Riddle… I didn't read them, since I watched the anime.
Beside Girl Friends, there is: It's by the same mangaka who did Girl Friends. It's quite popular, but the reaction of its reader differ into the two extreme: love it or hate it. So I recommend you to try to read it a little before buying it. Note: the serie isn't complete yet. That one isn't published yet, it will be in Januray 2017 from what I heard. It's one of the best yuri that I read so far.

They have other yuri manga, like those two:
But from what I understand, they doped their publication, so the story is incomplete…

And finally there is that manga:

I haven't read it, but I heard that the ending was axed. :(

And… that's all I saw in their collection. Not much.
Yuri don't export well, alas. We have a little more choice in France (second manga market after Japan), but not much. :(

You only read physical copies?
Then it really depends of where do you live, first. Because the number of yuri manga available change greatly depending of your country.

A standard recommendation would be Girl Friends. It's a cult classic of the yuri genre. It was the first yuri manga and the very first manga that I ever read.
Normally, that manga is available in a lot of country: USA, France, Germany, Taiwan, Russia…

So I think it would be a good start.
I can recommend you a lot of yuri manga (it's my favorite genre after all), but if you stick with physical copies, I can't help you without knowing where you live first.

Welcome into the yuri nation. :)

You should also check the yuri manga, they are globally better.

Perhaps my instruction was not clear, the forum I mentioned b4 is sub-forum.

Let me give you a clearer example: you go to Community, select forum, go to anime discussion, and then the box i mentioned should appear. And this same box should appear every time you go to a sub-forum.
Sicnarf24 Mar 8, 2016 8:21 PM
you are welcome

There is a box "Create New Topic" sitting near the top-left corner in almost every forum. Click it, and you can create your post.

Mean score is the average rating on a list.
