The only other anime I'd potentially put on the same tier as Doraemon or even higher or potentially on par with all of Fujiko F Fujio if not better or even right up there on a similar tier to my actual single best favorite, Pokonyan/Rocky Rackat!
I've been trying to find an english sub or at least the raw for it but was unable to anywhere. I can only find the arabic dub and only
