It's a new rating system, I feel that this new scale puts more emphasis on the really good shows.

Hurr hurr hurr, yeah that's pretty much the case. Couldn't believe you guys were able to make a 3-0 comeback in the men's hockey.

Rowing has been god awful to watch here, we've got the worst commentary duo there trying to put the Aus spin on the race. Men's four though, congrats. If there was one race I wanted us to win, it was that. Well Anna Meares got revenge on Pendleton for Beijing, only gold I can see coming from the velodrome though.

GB living up to their expectations though, host nation and all.

Nice Kamisama no Memochou Review.

Yes, that is the kind of reviews I hate the most - people complain, point things out, criticize various aspects, and they wrap it up with "but the animation wasn't bad, and the characters were cute, so I'm giving it an 8". Seriously, what the heck?

Sticking to those worse-than-average anime sounds nice - it's always good to see something rational among the reviews of such shows that rate them for 7 through 9. Well then, looking forward to seeing some more of your works in the future.

Mm. The only other thing I can think of is some kind of adaptation of the harem style game that was released in Japan this past summer.

Awesome review of Kamisama no Memochou. I'm truly glad to know that there still are people who refuse to accept those state-of-the-art qualities of Japanese animation. And I'm also happy to hear that I didn't miss anything of value by dropping this series after its second episode.
Can't help but applaud - I hope you'll write some more reviews in future, since the one for Kamisama didn't only read well, but also appeared to me as written by a person who isn't an oblivious weaboo capable of digesting everything that classifies as "anime".

Job well done!

Haha, yeah. Have been debating it for some time but just decided to wait til the end. And I'm pretty surprised by the movie announcement.

I agree with you fully on your "Kami sama memechou" review.

I do like Great Yarmouth, it was nice going back there too. It was weird being able to get alcohol this time, although I've never been a fan of alcohol really, I rarely ever drink it. Buuut, I do like some Malibu and Coke ^_^

I wouldn't say it's stupidity, everyone can make a mistake every now and then. Especially with reading over things. Atleast it worked out okay and you got back well with all your belongings, right? :D

o.o Definitely not. xD What about if it was a Barbie killing spree game? Would you be interested then? Did you manage to sort that out for your dads birthday, or hasn't it been yet? I hope he has/had a lovely birthday!

That sounds nice, might aswell make most of your summer whilst it lasts :) The carnival fair is like a celebration of summer, it comes round about early August every year and it has a parade and it has fair rides, hook-a-duck and other daft games to win prizes, arcades, etc. It was good fun as a kid/younger teen. It'd be nice to go again. :) Don't you get anything like that were you live? Heh, I'm the same - can't be bothered with the CV lark x3

Oh, what you going to be doing at Univeristy? Myself? I'm going back to College for my third year to finish off my Textiles course, whilst I'm there I seriously need to start looking for a job too. I really want to move out.. especially since spending the holiday away with my boyfriend made me realise it's something I want to do as soon as possible.. but that's easier said than done. v.v I'm going to try harder.

Hai! I'm so sorry for the late reply. =X

But I'm fine, a little bored though, how about yourself?
