for revisions. characters have flaws for a reason. the whole premise is based on people with flawed personalities, especially maturing teenagers, as they struggle with their emotions after piloting the mecha with the whole city's back on their shoulders. daisuki especially where he has this hero complex in order to pave the road for some character development throughout the series. he goes from someone arrogant to someone calm and willing to cooperate, and still maintains his goal. different person, same perspective. this isn't your average cgdct where everything some does unexpectedly turns out well and the characters when they make a mistake is looked over as cute. this is a real world survival situation where characters are learning from their mistakes but also struggling with new ones as well.
