I also have a recommendation for you; it's a pretty well-hidden gem called
Yet, the suffering continues. Aku's grasp chokes the past, present... and future. Hope is lost.
Got to get back — back to the past... Samurai Jack.
Also Hikaru no Go's OST insanely carried the anime. Absolute bangers like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lhmeru_SYW4
The internet cafe arc took me back man, back to the past of computer gaming.
Lunder Favourite Anime of All Time
Anyways, what was your favourite of the past year? Anything that stood out?
Considering there is 365 days in one year I spent a total of 7.4% of my year watching anime.
A 0.3% increase over 2022
"You become heart broken when the series ends, its over, thats it, no more, its like loosing a good friend.
Its a really nasty feeling, and leaves you depressed for a day or two". You sir have been diagnosed with Post Series Deperession. That feeling of Pokemon Hearthurt and Pokemon Soulsad will feel like it lasts forever. The way I cope with it is to obsessively look for a similar series as to one that made me feel that way. Hence my copium of finishing Chihayafuru a couple months back and wanting to find something like it.
There's these two videos I would like for you to see ( If you haven't already seen it lol ) but it seems like you went through the same philosophical journey that he and I did within the last decade.

and most specifically this time stamp.

Bouncing back on your previous sentence before this though, Summertime Rendering is without a doubt one of the best thriller, mystery, psychological series I've seen in a long time of watching anime. I'll leave it at that before I end up writing an entire essay about the specific itches it scratched for me.
I can say one thing for certain is that it's much harder to watch something that's not airing for most people. I probably wouldn't be completing as much as I do. Most of the time people are very intimidated when they see X number of episodes and are simply daunted by the choice of time commitment alone. (Reasons why it's so hard for me to get people into One Piece or any other long running anime that won't stop me from trying).
Also, I got to try what you do with AR glasses. Just doing that alone sounds fun in itself.
