I've somehow managed to watch less anime than I would normally lol. Just before all of this hit, I started buying figures again, and of course as soon as I do Japan Post restricts shipping to Japan only... I did manage to get my Diavolo SAS before that though which is sweet.

Since I'm not an overly social person, the lockdown/quarantine actually hasn't been too difficult for me compared to some of the people I know. All that really changed was having all of my classes switch to online for the last 8 weeks of the semester (which wasn't terrible).

And while I understand why people don't love SO, it's easily the most bizarre part in the series, which you've gotta respect. I get that most of the stand are pretty damn weak, but even then SO really isn't that bad, especially parts like "The Kiss of Love and Revenge", "Heavy Weather", and "C-Moon/Made in Heaven", at least imo.

My thing with Part 6 is will they even have recaps? Seeing as Vento Aureo is the most popular part in Japan, it makes sense that would use recaps to get ahead in animation in order to please the viewers. However, as I'm sure you know, Stone Ocean isn't too popular in Japan (Like DIU and SBR), so I'm wondering if it'll just be another repeat of DIU.... Which is unfortunate given that SO has one of the most, if not the most, significant arcs in all of JoJo's, that being Made in Heaven.

I was pretty pleased with Parte 5 overall, minus the recaps. A step up in animation quality really helped make Parte 5 so much better, though. You can really tell that DavidPro put blood and sweat in to make Parte 5 amazing. I mean, let's be real, they probably had a third recap just to perfect the 7-page Muda lol. One detail I loved about the final scene was the reference to Mista's PS2 color scheme, which I've loved for a real long time. One thing I'm really grateful for too is that they didn't derp up any major reveals like Diavolo, King Crimson, or GER, which I was kinda worried about.
