They're both funny with over the top humor. They're extremely enjoyable but inferno cop is more insane. Inferno cop has a really whacky sense of humor and the scenarios of the episodes change constantly and are all brilliant. Prison school has a similar sense of humor but with more structure (which is a really great story and structure btw for how all the plots come together) so I recommend it.

They're both funny with romantic aspects however seto no hanayome focuses more on comedy than the characters getting together resulting in a good read if you preferred the comedy of nisekoi over everything else in it.
