Oh I see. I read the first 6 or so volumes of Berserk a while back and really couldn't get into it. It's one of those series that I think isn't for me but I tried.

Yeah, that makes sense. I do something similar when it comes to replies, especially on MAL. I haven't been all that active on here lately since I've been doing other things.

Hm, well I've mostly been playing Brawlhalla and Garry's Mod. Ever heard of those two games?
Rsurect May 15, 2:35 PM
sorry for the late reply, i am very inactive on here
do you have discord?

Rsurect May 6, 1:51 PM
yo thanks for the add how's it going?
Omnivision Apr 29, 6:49 PM
Mm, sort of. More like I've just been playing a bit of the same game for some time every other day. And I see. I'm also not a party person really. If I had to go though, I'd either go with friends or my romantic partner. I think those two options make sense. But really, similar to you, I'd much rather go for walks or sometimes being in the comfort of your own home doing stuff you enjoy can be nice every now and then.

And I've been pretty alright lately, thanks for asking. How about you?

Don't worry about the late response. I'm glad our conversation is still going :)

That sounds like a lot of fun. Are you much of a party person though? I don't think I am, but then again, I hardly have any experience with parties.

Well it's actually been a while since I've read manga (which I'm more into manga than anime to begin with but I'm more in a huge gaming phase now). However, the most recent manga I've read are some volumes of Attack on Titan and Black Butler. I think I'm 12 volumes in AoT and 21 volumes in BB. Both of which are definitely good to me, but based on the manga alone, I like AoT more.

That's cool! And as of right now I'm playing Garry's Mod and replaying the Danganronpa visual novels; love them a lot.

Ah, good to hear! And I've been doing pretty okay. I've mostly been chatting with friends, gaming, reading manga, and listening to lots of music as always. How about you? How have you been spending your winter break?

Yeah, I imagine that most of those "cursed pictures" were just edited in Photoshop or some other image editing program. Once you think about it that way, the "cursed picture" isn't as unnerving as it initially was. Speaking of creepy stuff, are there any particular things that you find creepy or disturbing?

Hmm, the only time I ever play music through speakers is when either nobody is home or when I'm driving by myself. Other than that, it's always headphones. But if you read between my lines, you'd realize that the reason why I only use speakers when nobody is home or when I'm driving solo is because I just don't like other people hearing my music. I guess that's also because I connect with music on a very personal level. That, or I'm just really insecure about my music taste and what people think about it XD

"some random humans" XD, but that's cool. I should practice drawing living things for once lol. But honestly, I'm more attracted to design/aesthetic/atmosphere, so that's usually what my drawings convey.

Haha I would never blast music in my house with max volume on. I like to keep my music to myself, so that's another reason why I wear headphones. Also, I find wearing headphones to be stylish:

Yeah, I've met similar people before. Dealing with people like that is difficult for me because I simply don't see it that way. I mean, I understand why they think that way, but I myself still don't think like that. Something kinda similar to that would be people who think things are cursed but a lot of times it's because they just don't have the context that they make all kinds of weird and really out-there explanations for things. This video explains it pretty well in regards to "cursed images": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3l0p_51KUDc

Well, I guess I could say that I have some perfectionistic qualities and probably more than most people, but some of those qualities are also very similar to OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Those OCD tendencies were definitely more into the worrying category, so I suppose I fall in both the perfectionistic and worrying categories overall. Anyway, since you yourself said "...always is a place for better", you should probably think of your perfectionistic tendencies in a more positive light. I don't view perfectionism and worrying in a completely negative way because from my experience there are some good aspects about being like that. For one, you're probably very careful about how your actions affect other people and/or you have a particular process of how you think and solve problems. For example, I'm super particular and picky when it comes to the sizes of pictures and gifs I have on my profile and I keep all of my profile pictures the same size and my manga/novels on my shelf are arranged in a very specific way. Do I spend way more time than necessary on those things? YES. A LOT. But it's a habit of mine and I just want to achieve that feeling that I did something the right way (at least, the right way for me).

Yeah, starting can be the most difficult part to any task. I know for myself that once I get started I won't stop, but the first step is all it takes to get things moving. The same applies to watching shows or reading books. Many times it takes me a long time to get started on a series but once I get into it I sometimes finish it in a few days.

Yep, while I'm taking a break from it, I do like to draw a lot; mostly graphic design. I'm not skilled in drawing people, animals, or most objects, but I often draw lots of abstract designs using various shapes and shading. As for music, I actually love wearing ear/headphones. I guess that might be because my music taste is pretty niche and I like to be as physically close to my music as possible.

Hmm, psychology/philosophy stuff... Well, in regards to serial killers, people sometimes overgeneralize and associate their clothing as being "evil" somehow. For example, I recall watching a documentary on the infamous serial killer named Jeffrey Dahmer and how investigators or psychologists (I don't remember who exactly, but someone who was studying the case) asked people (people probably as in those who came in to provide helpful information about the case) to put on Dahmer's jacket as a means to test them. What the investigators/psychologists found was that people were very reluctant to wear or even have anything to do with Dahmer's belongings. Why? Well, the way they reasoned it was that they didn't feel right wearing the clothes of a serial killer. You could say that they probably made the connection that if serial killers are evil, then their clothes had some sort of evil characteristic about it. Of course, in the end, it's just a jacket, but due to who it belonged to and that person's background, that can have an influence on a person's thinking and actions. It could be some sort of defense mechanism where if they have knowledge of something and it's something that makes them feel uneasy or in danger, they're more cautious and reluctant to mess with it. It's interesting to say the least.

You're welcome! Hmm, speaking of being perfectionistic, there's also just being a perfectionist about certain things. But even more often than not, sometimes it's not even being a perfectionist, but rather just over-worrying. People can mistake those two: perfectionism and worrying. Plus, after a while I came to the conclusion that perfection is only from one's own point of view and will most likely not be viewed as perfect by others. Therefore, I stopped caring as much because it's not something that exists. If anything, I just like doing things in a very clean, organized, and critical manner. And by 'critical' I mean considering different possibilities and making sure that my final choice is something I feel comfortable with/confident in.

Seems like you still have ways to go, but just spread the work/studying across the time you have as evenly as possible. That way you're not worrying yourself more than you need to and you'll feel relaxed by the time the really important tasks come around. I know that's easier said than done but by doing bit by bit everyday, you'll recall information better. I mean, that's a much better option than cramming the night before in my opinion.

As for my hobbies, well, of course there's anime and manga, but I also enjoy studying science, philosophy, and psychology as leisure reading. I also draw a lot but at the moment I've been taking a long break from it. Lastly, I listen to a lot of music. Like, A LOT. If I were to add up all the time I spend listening to music or playing a song in my mind from memory, I'd say almost an entire day except when I'm asleep or short moments when I'm super focused on something. Otherwise, around 75% of my time is listening to music or remembering a song.

Oh, you mean INFP-T. Again, the last letter being 'T' isn't really all that important. It's just a unique addition that that particular test uses probably for more detailed results, but it is interesting. And turbulent is not harsh nor is it a bad thing. Really, there is no bad or worse off personality type. They all have their strengths and weaknesses so I'd say they're all fairly balanced out with advantages and disadvantages. And if you're wondering what the word 'turbulent' means, here's a link from the same website that'll explain that plus what its opposite (assertive) means. It's only four short paragraphs. https://www.16personalities.com/articles/identity-assertive-vs-turbulent

As for what 'N' means, it means intuitive. The reason MBTI does not use 'I' for intuitive is most likely because 'I' already stands for introverted. Plus, personally, saying 'INFP' rolls off the tongue easier than saying 'IIFP', but that's just my opinion there. And the letter used for observant, the opposite of intuitive, is 'S'.

Also, thanks for asking! My day is going great! I've been busier than the norm lately, but it's all for the better. How about you? How's life treating you?
