Today I feel lucky concerning profile pictures! Because BBCode is working again ;)

Oh, so many owls then. I'd like to have some things with pretty owls on them :). That's so interesting! I haven't had the chance to read much Goethe yet, but I intend to, as many other classic authors. His work about the colour wheel is both beautiful and interesting. I disliked episode 9 a lot, but like you said it wasn't only for the art. The plot was really strange as well, way too different to the rest of the episodes and not very well explained.

That's what I think as well, perhaps I wouldn't mind about Psychological but many Mystery series come with horror or gore in the pack and that's not much my liking now. I'm also somewhat of a romanticist as far as endings are concerned, but though I like time skips in romantic comedies (for example the arcs in Amagami SS that end years later are considerably better than the rest), they do not always work for me in Historical or more "serious" shows. Perhaps you would like Romeo x Juliet, considering its romantic nature and also its literary origins (Shakespeare), I don't many anime like this one :).

Hmm, that's a bit tought, because I enjoy many literary genres and I haven't got any defined top titles as books are concerned. I'd say Fantasy is one of my favourites, but I may always like a book as long as it has a good story and developed characters. What about you?

Yes, I've see Bibliotheca Mystica de Dantalian (I like this title better because it sounds more "literary" ;)) and it's in fact the 50th series I completed, so it received a place of honour in milestones :). The series has various flaws concerning the story's continuity, background details and especially character development, but animation is attractive and the premise is perfect for book-lovers like us, and on top of that it's entertaining so I recommend you to give it a try. I'd like to know your opinion of episode 9 if you decide to see the series.

It looks like a curious manga indeed, since it's short I might read it because it wouldn't take me so long to complete.

What I liked the most from GOSICK was the Mystery. This type of Mystery, really unusual. Because I'm not interested in horror or murder series, but I enjoyed a lot the witty plot in this anime and how the cases were thought out. Concerning the ending usually I don't like time skips much, this left me with such a melancholic feeling... Which means I liked the series enough to miss it, but still I'm not sure if this was the type of closing that fitted the series better and if I would have preferred a different ending.

definately. The only problem is what other people might think. Maybe they might say something like its a copy of GTA or a ripoff of Saints Row. Thats really my only concern.
