Well i just finished the anime and I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I'm a reversed harem lover so this review is from someone who loves romance with different males during the anime.
Oke I will definitely say this isn't something I would recommend to people.

Story 3/10
Yes it has a story, no the anime doesn't revolve around. It was pretty weird to watch the first few episodes thinking: what is this all about. And once you know it, the anime is almost over! A waste. The anime mostly revolves around sexy greedy male vampires who don't gave a danm about the poor ... girl, order her around and do as they please.

Art 9/10
Gotta say the art is stunning! Gradient hair, beautiful vampire guys, great proportions. The art is the best thing in the anime for sure.

Sound 7/10
Nothing special if you ask me. The voices are oke, soundeffects are oke. Opening and ending song are also good, nothing to complain about but also nothing remarkable.

Characters 5/10
Yes they look amazing, but don't let it get you! All of them are underdeveloped. You don't get a good view of them during the anime. Especially the heroine. And I did not see any character development.

Enjoyment 5/10
Gotta say that I did love the art and the shortness of the episodes. What I didn't like was the way most of the characters reacted toward the heroine and the uncomfortable amount she got bitten.
Also I really really missed the romance(because there is none!) and the story. It felt meaningless to watch, I didn't feel anything when I fished the anime.

It's not the worst thing I've watched. I did finish and didn't feel like I had to finish it.

I've never been so devoted to a manga as this one. I'm even reading tumblr spoilers because i cant wait for next chapter T.T

Not only is the story amazing, I love the way you see the characters develop during the manga. Also the side stories are so touching and they always keep me in their gasp to the very last words.
The way the manga mixes history, mystics and comedy is truly making this a masterpiece. And than that touch of romance now and than LOVE IT.

The Heroine in the story is probably the best female character I've ever seen. She isn't the common everyday heroine ... who suddenly has all the power. She is badass in her own way and i love it
