The manga for Cowboy Bebop is completely different from the anime. It mostly shows the bounty hunters doing other stuff and sitting around than trying to hunt for bounties. If you read the Shooting Star manga, (which comes first) you would see the point in what I am talking about. They actually hunt for bounties.

Story: 5/10

The story may seem impressive at the start, but it shows a completely different setting of how the bounty hunters try to hunt down bounties like I said up top. It's more forgettable than the anime, but it doesn't really show romance. And if this even took place after the read more

Fruits Basket has always been one of my favorite anime and I'd have to say that it's a lot better than the manga (which is good too.) While I haven't read the manga (only some of it...) so far, when you watch this anime, it looks JUST like the manga but the characters are a little different from each other as usual, but keeping it in connection with the manga was pretty good.

Story: 10/10

Even though some people dislike Fruits Basket, it is still clear that some kids with a sense of humor would enjoy the story. First it starts off funny, then it gets funnier read more

I'm surprised that there are no reviews here for Cowboy Bebop XX: Mish Mash Blues.

Here's how we start: The story consists of 13 episodes that aired before this episode came out. Because of the violence portrayed in Japan, it was decided that there will be an extra special that never appeared on DVD.

The story will have the members of the Bebop that you've come to know narrate on how Bebop goes. They take turns narrating the episode about themselves and everything. The story is what enthused me, the Bebop talking to you instead of themselves, although there are some breaking the wall moments in the read more

When I heard that Metropolis was a really good movie from reviewers, I had to pick it up at the library and try it. Highly disappointed I found it to be extremely boring.

The story revolves around a city named Metropolis, a city filled with creation, structure, and many action. There is one scientist named Dr. Laughton, a Japanese detective named Shunsaku and his nephew Kenicihi. Soon, they arrive at Metropolis and the scientist (I guess or whatshisface) creates a robotic girl named Tima. Kenicichi befriends this girl and decides to help her through the dangers of the city.

This was alot better than that crappy Azumanga Web Daioh, but still doesn't surpass the show.

It features the young high school girls. Everything is going fine until Osaka falls in love with Chiyo-chan and accidentally plunks her pigtails off. As she is crying, the high school girls try to find a way to make her better.

I really thought Chiyo-chan acted like a two-year-old in this. The girls treating her like a toddler with a lollie pop and everything is very cruel to a little girl.

Story: Really enjoyed the story alot. But the story turned into a twist, which made it more enjoyable. Still not as read more

Preliminary
To me, I always thought "Figure 17" was a pretty darn good anime, but nothing really special.

Here is the story. Figure 17 is about a little girl who follows a shooting star to a spaceship in which contains a clone named Hikaru. I haven't seen this anime in a long time, but let me explain. Her twin sister tries to teach her courage, confidence, and happiness. And they all go on adventures, expierence many different things, and try to defeat beastly Maguars with the help of two aids named D.D. and Olienda (or whatever her name is). I know it's a slice of life story, read more

This is one of the worst Ova(s) I've ever seen. It focuses on a group of high-school girls (ncluding a ten-year-old child prodigy Chiyo-chan) who have her bring her videocamera to school one day. Then the overreacting Tomo-chan comes and messes everything up (which is funny as the usual, but not here).

Story: It still focuses on the group of high-school girls, but the story just wasn't my taste. It has the anime switching to video-game likeness and then realism, like it's flash-animated. And the story's really short like it should be a 27-minute special.

Art: The art was amazing as it always was, but this one read more

This series is very fun to watch. It's about a child named Chiyo-chan, she is admitted to high-school for three years. As she and the students continue to grow, she ends up becoming smarter and attempts to go to college. Azumanga Daioh gets really better when you dig in depper into the series. There are more likeable episodes and funnier scenes. The high school girls are very adorable especially the cute and adorable Chiyo-chan. The story is a little fast-paced in the later part of the series, but it's comedy does it good. The art on the character is very cutesy. It's English Dub is read more

While not the best Miyazaki film, I still think this film was fantastic. I haven't seen Lupin III, but the plot to this was really cute and romantic (Pretty much like Castle in the Sky, but not as romantic as Howl's Moving Castle).

Story: At the beginning, the story is a little sappy, but it gets better as soon as Lupin goes off to find Lady Clarisse. Their romance is adorable. I loved both Lupin and Clarisse the way they start off their personalities as Clarisse (girly) and Lupin (excitable). The plot is a little jumpy, but I don't think it was too bad. 9/10

I have to say this was a really great movie and so beautifully animated from such a great series. I scanned through some of the first movie, and I'd have to say it was a HUGE disappointment for me according to the series. The first movie just didn't seem anywhere closer to its original series. It was much too fast-paced and I could not understand how the plot went. But this one, I picked it up from the library, looked at the screenshots and I was nervous this was going to be worst than the movie, but as I watched it, it appeared to be read more
