When you think about demons, the word "adorable" usually doesn't pop up first. However, Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama manages to perfectly convey that demons can be in fact adorable (although they may no be your conventional ones). And as someone who loves adorable things, I was bound to love this manga.
A common thing with many wholesome manga, is that the story mainly revolves around the daily lives of the characters, and this story is no exception. Although these characters daily life may not be incredibly eventful, it is still a joy to read about them and their situations. However, the one issue with this is

that there is very minimal development story-wise throughout the manga. This could annoy a lot of readers, especially if they are expecting to see significant development during their read. Nonetheless, for me personally, the story was still plenty of fun without needing major story development. Of course, I still would've loved to see more of this story, especially past the final chapter. But even so, I really liked this simple story, focusing mainly on conveying the adorableness of the characters, which was done superbly.
I love matoba's art. They have a rather distinct style, with their art being incredibly adorable and cute. The character designs are also as equally adorable, each being unique and really appealing. The character expressions were full of life, and really helped make each page so much more adorable. The entire environment with the great backgrounds also helped emphasize the adorableness of this entire manga. To put it simply, the art is just like the entire manga: adorable.
By now, you probably could've guessed that the characters are incredibly adorable. Their personalities perfectly complement each other, and make every interaction be incredibly wholesome. Seeing all of these characters together simply brings a smile to my face. To make short, these characters were great, and really helped make my reading so much more fun. They were the life of this manga, and I love every single one of them.
Also, out of all characters, I just want to point out Beelzebub specifically. This girl is simply too adorable!!! Every panel she was in was filled with cuteness, and her relationship with Myurin was simply heartwarming. Also, her love for anything fluffy was really cute (and something I could relate too). After finishing reading this series, she became one of my favorite characters, simply by how adorable she is.
Overall, I really enjoyed this manga. It's, as I repeatedly mentioned, incredibly adorable. I always had a good time while reading this series, seeing all of the fun and cute situations the characters were getting themselves into. This manga is wholesome and adorable, which makes for a very enjoyable read.
Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama is a manga that will always make you feel warm inside. The adorableness of all the characters will simply melt your heart as you follow their day to day lives. So if you love fluffy things just like Beelzebub, you'll surely love this manga. It's fluffy and cute, which is all it took to make me love it.

I find a lot of enjoyment in romcom manga. It's very fun seeing all of these characters get into wacky situations, as they slowly discover the feelings that they have towards the main character. And Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai is no different. It's an incredibly fun manga, filled with fun and enjoyment.

quite slowly, with minimal romantic development happening throughout the manga. However, despite this criticism, the story is surprisingly fun. There's something special in seeing all of these girls not only learn about the subjects that they're studying, but also learn about romance, and the feelings they hold towards the main character, Nariyuki. In addition, a lot of my enjoyment came from seeing these characters get into crazy situations. The story never tries to diverge into something completely different, and mainly sticks to showing funny events to the reader, although this does hinder the potential for romantic development. In other words, in terms of romantic development and originality, perhaps the story isn't all that great. However, in terms of fun and enjoyment, the story is very good.
To put it simply, the art is good. The character designs are decent, their facial expressions are great, the backgrounds are neat, and overall, the art complements the story and characters quite nicely.
Just like the story, the characters can initially seem like typical harem characters, with each character seemingly being quite clichéd. However, as you learn more and more about these characters, you see that each of them feel very unique, with everyone having their own personality and personal character traits, which is generally something that is found to be lacking in harem manga. Each character has their own charm, and they are all very likeable. In addition, when you bring all of them together, they accompany each other perfectly. The interactions between each of them were hilarious, and it was really fun seeing them get into these unusual situations. Furthermore, a part that I really liked about this manga is that none of the female characters felt like the "main girl". Each of them had a fair amount of pages and arcs to themselves, and it really increased my enjoyment, as I really wanted to know which girl Nariyuki would choose in the end. It also allowed all the characters to be fleshed out equally, without one being brought more focus than the others. Overall, the characters were really good, and their personal charms brought together resulted in my enhanced enjoyment.
Also, the romantic events between the female characters and Nariyuki were really adorable.
Overall, I really enjoyed this manga. I had a fun time seeing all of these characters interactions and the crazy situations they got themselves in. Despite the various clichés and tropes that were used throughout the manga, the utilisation of these was not detrimental enough to prevent me from enjoying this manga.
In conclusion, Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai is a really good harem romcom manga. It sticks to its conventions, and presents a fun and entertaining story featuring a group of likeable characters. Whilst following the character's path in learning about romance, you'll find yourself having a really enjoyable time reading this manga filled with fun and laughter.
Also, I really wanted to give my thoughts regarding the ending, but I aim to keep my reviews spoiler-free. Let's just say that I initially had mixed feelings about it, but in the end, I absolutely loved it, and thought it was an amazing way to wrap up this manga.

There are many manga out there that people consider their favourites. Maybe it's because of its beautiful art. Or maybe it's for an intricate plot, or for their complex characters. In my case, it's a manga that has grasped my heart, and brought me enjoyment more than any manga. And that manga is Rojiura Kurashi.
Like many other slice of life manga, Rojiura Kurashi does not have a complex story. Following the life of Akame and Mashiro, Rojiura Kurashi brings the reader into their world, as we see them slowly developing a bond between one another. This manga has a simple story, and I love it.

It brings forth many events, both funny and serious, allowing the reader to see both sides of the "back alley life". My favorite moments are definitely the interactions between Akame and Mashiro, as those are simply adorable and wholesome, which is sure to make anyone smile. As a whole, the story in Rojiura Kurashi may be simple, but every little moment in this manga is sure to impact you emotionally.
If I could describe the art in Rojiura Kurashi in one word, it would be "adorable". The art in this manga is simply cute and adorable (and is in full color). All of the character designs have a charm to them. One stylistic choice that I love in this manga is that every character is centered around one color. For example, Akame is centered around the color black, while Mashiro is centered around the color white. Additionally, each character has a different color allocated to their speech bubbles, further showing how each character is centered around a color. I should also add that it's not only the characters who have amazing art. The backgrounds are simply stunning. They are really vibrant, and have a lot of life to them. They add a lot to the atmosphere of each scene in this manga. In other words, they are beautiful. In fact, everything in this manga is really vibrant and colorful, bringing plenty of life in this manga. I could continue on and on as to how this manga's art is amazing, but I think that adorable is a good word to describe what I think of the art.
Like the their character designs, the characters in Rojiura Kurashi are adorable. Each character has a unique personality, and have a lot of life to them. As mentioned above, each interaction between the characters is incredibly adorable. Each character complements each other, bringing the best out of every one of them. For example, Akame may seem as your standard delinquent at first. However, when he is with Mashiro, the reader learns more about him, and they can see a new side of him, and even observe the internal struggles he goes through after thinking about the bond he has with Mashiro. And the same goes with Mashiro, who is at her cutest when alongside Akame. I'm aware I've only focused on the main characters, but I should also point out that all characters in this manga bring life into one another, allowing them to show the best of their character at every single point. Furthermore, I can't stress enough how adorable the characters are. I know that I have already mentioned this, but simply looking at the characters is able to make me smile. I simply adore the characters in this manga, and they are what truly makes this manga alive.
You have probably guessed it by now, but I absolutely love this manga, and am enjoying every moment of it. Every time I read it, I know that I am in for a treat. I always have fun reading every single chapter, and it's always a joy to see the incredibly adorable life of Akame and Mashiro.
Initially, I wanted to abstain myself from writing a review about this manga, as I did not think I could make this manga justice. However, I simply had to say that this manga is amazing. It's a manga that has managed to impact me emotionally, and that has always managed to make me smile. Despite all I've said, I still have to acknowledge that it has some minor flaws. But I think that all of the positives of this manga completely outweigh any negatives of it. Rojiura Kurashi may not be a perfect manga. But for me, a manga that has managed to grasp my heart the way it did is perfect in my eyes.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai is one of my favourite manga of all time. So naturally, when I heard that there was an official doujin, I simply could not not read it. And I do not regret it a single bit.
The story in Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Doujin-ban is crazy to say the least. Initially, I thought that this manga would simply be the usual daily life shenanigans of the characters of Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai with a lot of ecchi scenes. However, that ended up not being the case, and it started bringing the characters into alternate timelines, where they aren't the high school students we all know.

To put it simply, Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Doujin-ban has an incredibly crazy story. By bringing characters we know from the main series into situations that would be impossible in the parent manga, Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Doujin-ban creates a story that's fun and hilarious for people who loved the original. However, it is also important to note that I did not enjoy some of the stories in this manga. There were some that I really loved, and others that I just thought were fine, although I loved the majority of the chapters. In other words, the story can sometimes be inconsistent in quality.
The art in this manga is very good. The characters are drawn properly and the author finds remarkable ways to draw the characters as different versions of themselves, which is both hilarious and creative. Obviously, I do not wish to spoil how the author draws the characters as different versions. But I'll just say that for some characters, simply looking at them was able to pull a few laughs from me.
Surprisingly, the characters in Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Doujin-ban are quite faithful to those of the original series. And that can only mean that the characters in this manga are absolutely fantastic. Accompanied by the fact that many characters are different versions of themselves, I was quite impressed at how the characters acted in ways that would be natural for them. The characters were fun and hilarious, and were the main part that made this manga so fun.
I definitely enjoyed Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Doujin-ban. As mentioned above, Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai is one of my favourite manga. As someone who enjoys the original manga, I really liked reading through this manga, bringing all the characters I loved and telling parody stories about them. I highly recommend you to check this manga out if you're a fan of Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai. You are sure to have a fun time reading the crazy stories this manga has to offer.

Taking care of children is never easy, especially if you're a teenager with no siblings. Imagine how you would feel when you were told you are to take care of a child you've never met before. It might be hard at first, but as time goes on, they'll eventually become someone important to you. And that is what happens in Hyakunichikan!!, where we follow Shuto, a high schooler who suddenly has to take care of Chiho, a 5-year-old girl.

closer to each other. Perhaps it's not an exciting or ground-breaking story. But one's thing for sure, is that this story is fun, with its fair share of heartwarming moments. It was enjoyable to see the relationship between Shuto and Chiho grow, and following their daily life together was simply so much fun.
I really liked the art in this manga. It was cute, and the character expressions really helped bring this manga to life. The art encapsulated the fun of the story, and it helped make all of the interactions between Shuto and Chiho simply heartwarming.
The relationship between Shuto and Chiho was one of the things I liked the most about this manga. Despite not being related, they have a brother-sister relationship, that is surprisingly realistic. As they learn to know each other, they start to become more important to each other, and they start to show a familial bond not shared by blood. And that is not only with Shuto and Chiho. All of their friends start to get involved with each other, and despite their large age difference, they start to build bonds between people they would have not met if Shuto was not taking care of Chiho. Each character brings something special to this manga, and helps bring the story come to life. The characters in Hyakunichikan!! are great, and it is simply such a joy to see them interact with each other to make this manga so much fun.
I really enjoyed this manga. It was such a fun and heartwarming experience. It was really interesting to see the relationship between Shuto and Chiho grow and become something important to them. Hyakunichikan!! was simply a sweet and heartwarming manga, that was entertaining from beginning to end.
Throughout my reading of this manga, I could only remember myself smiling. If you read this manga you are surely going to smile. It may be because of the comedy, or maybe by seeing the heartwarming relationship between Shuto and Chiho grow. Whatever it is, if you want to smile, just go read Hyakunichikan!! You're surely going to enjoy it.

In a world where anything can be turned into cute anime girls (or in this case, cute manga girls), it was only a matter of time until someone attempted to make cigarettes cute. However, sometimes cuteness does not hide away the quality of a manga, which is the case in Tabako-chan.
My biggest problem with the manga Tabako-chan has to be the story. Throughout the manga, I kept asking myself the question "What's the point?". The story just felt boring, and didn't go anywhere. The characters didn't have any purpose or goal that they wanted to achieve. We were just following the characters mundane daily life.

However, I wouldn't have had a problem with this if the comedy was good. The only issue is, that it's not good. The comedy is as boring as the story, and many jokes just felt flat. There were a few jokes that made me smile or laugh a bit, but in general, the jokes weren't that great. When a comedy manga fails to have good jokes, it usually isn't a good manga. And that is one of the biggest issues in Tabako-chan.
Remember when I said that there are cigarettes as cute anime girls in this manga? Well, at least the author managed to accomplish that. The character designs for the cigarettes were quite good, and I had no issues with them. Although the male character designs were generic, I didn't have any issue with those, and they were good enough. Overall, the art was good, and is definitely the strongest point of this manga.
If only the characters were as good as the character designs. Like the story, the characters were kind of boring to say the least. The human characters were incredibly boring, and had barely any personality. They just felt like placeholder characters that the author forgot to give any value or personality. Well, that's for the human characters. The cigarettes had a bit more personality, and was what really drove this manga. Alongside their cute character designs, they were fun characters as a whole. However, they still felt kind of bland. But at the very least, they were better than the human characters.
Overall, Tabako-chan is a very bland manga. Although there were some enjoyable moments, I sometimes felt bored while reading it. This manga definitely had potential, and could have turned into a good manga. However, it decided to jump into a cigarette's ashes and slowly burn away any chance it had to become a good manga.
Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if I started smoking, but I'm not ready to risk my health for the sake of appreciating this manga. If you are interested in seeing cute cigarette girls, feel free to give this manga a shot.

Yuuko-san wa Miraretai is a short doujinshi about an annoying ghost and a boy who can see her. The story was sweet and funny, as were the characters. Despite it being only two chapters, I had so much fun reading about the interactions between them two. Each interaction they had always ended with a laugh from me, and even when there was nothing inherently funny happening, I was still smiling, simply because the characters and story were fun.
Toshiya Wakabayashi has a distinct artistic style, which I love. This artistic style always emphasizes the characters expressions, making everything so much more funnier. To put it simple,

Yuuko-san wa Miraretai has amazing art, as it is expected from a manga by Toshiya Wakabayashi.
Overall, I really enjoyed Yuuko-san wa Miraretai. It was a short but hilarious manga, that definitely made me smile. The only major downside I can think about this manga is that it was so short that it just makes me want more. The interactions between the ghost and the boy were simply hilarious, which makes me wish that we could see these two characters again in the future.

I like simple things. Sometimes, I just want to read a short and simple manga, without a complicated story or dramatic themes. And Mado kara Madoka-chan is a manga that fits exactly this.
As you might have guessed, Mado kara Madoka-chan doesn't have a complicated story. It's just a sweet story, revolving around Madoka and Oda, with their interactions being made through a window. And somehow, this manga never strays from this. Although it might be a turnoff for some people, who may think it's repetitive and whatnot, I really enjoyed this simple story.

are quite good. They don't have any abnormal character designs (maybe apart from the fact that Madoka doesn't have a mouth), but they fit perfectly in the setting of this manga. Furthermore, the backgrounds and environment in which this manga took place was good too. Although this entire manga is set in only one location, it was quite impressive how the author managed to create different environments in this location for every single chapter.
Mado kara Madoka-chan features only two characters: Madoka and Oda. Like the story, these characters are quite simple. Oda is a tired office worker who gets to relax when he meets Madoka. The interactions between the two of them are quite sweet, with Madoka entertaining Oda with a new activity in each chapter. There is not much to say about them both, except that they are a sweet pair that complements each other. However, it is important to note that there was little to no character development throughout this manga. Personally, this was not a huge deal for me, especially considering it was a slice of life, but I did wish for a bit more development to be seen.
Overall, I quite enjoyed this manga. I had quite a fun time seeing the interactions between Madoka and Oda, and the various activities this pair did. Although this manga may seem simple, it's its simplicity that make it so enjoyable. If I had to describe this manga in one word, it would just be "fun". It's a fun manga, with no complex story or characters. It has one purpose in mind, and it's purpose is to make its reader smile. If ever you want to relax or smile, I'm sure Madoka will open her window to let you enter the world of Mado kara Madoka-chan.

With every cooking manga I've read, I noticed that they always fall in either two categories. You've got heartwarming cooking manga who brings forth the importance of family, friendship, and community. On the other hand, you've got Shokugeki no Soma, who brings a battle shounen twist in the kitchen.
Shokugeki no Souma had a rather fun story. It was really entertaining to follow Souma's path into becoming a better chef. Like other battle shounen manga, it's an extremely fun read to follow the path of our protagonist, to see him try to become the best that ever was. I was incredibly entertaining to see the craziness

of battle shounen brought into the kitchen. As much as it is a crazy and weird concept, it definitely delivered on it. However, that does not mean that the story is without flaw, although these flaws are in the later chapters. I'll avoid discussing the final arc, but I'll just point out that it was a disappointing ending to an amazing story. Although the ending definitely decreased how much I liked this manga, I think that a disappointing ending can be overlooked if the path to reach that ending was fun and entertaining. This manga is a great example of the saying "It's about the journey, not the destination". Even if the destination was sub-par, the journey to get there was a simply thrilling ride, which you are sure to have fun while reading.
This manga has amazing art. From character designs to the food, everything looks really good. The art was very successful in portraying emotions to the reader as well. When there was a moment in the manga that was more serious or tense, the art portrayed perfectly the tension that the characters feel in that moment. Similarly, when there was a comedic moment, the art perfectly encapsulates the lighthearted moments. The art perfectly portrayed the emotions felt within a scene, and it successfully impacts the reader through this.
It's quite rare for manga to put so much focus on supporting characters. However, Shokugeki no Souma does it, and does it well. Every character in this manga has life into them, and they all have an interesting personality, at least most of them do. These characters are all really fun, and they all have their own share of quirkiness. I don't think that there is a single character in this manga that I can outright say they were boring. Overall, the characters in Shokugeki no Souma were all pretty good, and each one of them helps make the story more fun.
As a whole, I really enjoyed Shokugeki no Souma. As much as I can say that the ending left me with a bitter taste, I cannot deny that I had a lot of fun reading this manga. The entirety of this manga is really entertaining, so much so that it overshadows the mediocre ending.
In conclusion, Shokugeki no Souma is a great manga, with many strengths that can make you forget about its flaws. The weird battle shounen twist it brings on the art of cooking makes for a fun read, in which many people are sure to enjoy.

The Fire Emblem franchise has never been exceptionally strong in the story department. Although there are a few games with a phenomenal story, most of the ones I've played have an average story. Fire Emblem Awakening is definitely one of those games. As such, how do you create a good manga from a game that does not have a great story? It'll have to be by focusing on the characters.

in the game. I really enjoyed seeing the different characters interact with each other. These interactions were fun to read, and that's all there really is to it.
The art for this manga was pretty nice. Although I am not really a fan of the art-style used in this manga, it was still pretty good, and served its purpose well.
As mentioned before, Fire Emblem characters, in general, are great. Many of them have great personalities, and this manga simply develops them more. I loved seeing the various characters interact with each other, and it definitely brought me a new perspective on them. This manga gives more information on the backstory of some characters, and, overall, the characters are just really really good.
As a Fire Emblem fan, I really enjoyed this manga. Reading this is a great way to learn more about the Awakening characters, and it was simply a fun time reading this. I would definitely recommend reading this if you liked the characters of Fire Emblem Awakening. Overall, Fire Emblem: Kakusei Koushiki Comic is a really good manga, and it's simply a fun read, especially for Fire Emblem fans.
