Apologies for the late reply!

A few shows I've been wanting to rewatch are: Host Club, FMA (2003) and Yu Yu Hakusho. All three of these I completed somewhere in the 2009-2012 range so it's long overdue. I have plenty of other titles from those years but I have no interest in touching them again (Lucky Star, Itazura na Kiss) Clannad seems to be a bit of a touchy subject these days, but it's still got a pretty loyal fanbase. I agree with everything about the drama and characters, aside from maybe Tomoya's struggles and coming of age - there's def two divided camps and I find myself sitting comfortably in the middle more often than not.

I was actually watching digibro talk briefly about Gankutsuou (Yeah I know, he's interesting to watch from time to time) and how it sort of starts later in the novel, saving the Count's backstory for later so he's a lot more grounded and nuanced to start out. Paired with some trippy visuals and animation (also I keep hearing about some mech fight lol) and a great thriller that keeps you wanting more. I haven't read the novel, but I'll be sure to add this one to PTW and check it out in the near future!

On a side note, got back into reading Berserk more. Stopped for awhile around the Berserker armor but finally getting back into the swing of things. Always amazed at Guts's phenomenal development looking back at the start of Golden Age. Also about to enter the famous meme boat haha

Also ayyy we surpassed 70% from you adding more entries :)

You shouldn't feel bad about adding them. I think it's important to remember them as you chug along, but maybe leave them unrated until you re-visit them in the future. I know a lot people like to do it that way and it works out well. A few of mine from like 2008-2009 (Host Club and Fruits Basket come to mind) should be unrated cuz it's been so damn long.

Ah thanks the Aria one is my favorite. There's actually a few others that are the same style as mine but different shows. Probably my favorite because the tag/picture structure.

My descriptions are a mess atm, but I try to feel in what I can when I'm in the mood. The Clannad one is an interesting story, because I joined the rewatch last year and let's just say I regret doing that 100%. Should have kept my happy teenage memories, haha. Was a lot more generic than I remembered, but some of the after story parts I can't deny are solid and deserving of their reputation. The supernatural elements is what stops it from being something memorable to me personally.

Also is your avi from Gankutsuou? I've been interested in that one for some time now.

Hiya, I'm well thanks! I'm /u/Princess_Tutu on reddit btw, I added you because we have had some nice chats about Haikyuu! before hehe :3

I'm happy to give recs anytime ;) The series I am currently obsessed with is Saraiya Goyou, a gorgeous historical drama. I think you would appreciate the unique visuals, and the OST is also one of my favourites. Just a well made series all round :)) The character depth and relationships felt on par with series such as Sakamichi and Rakugo.

And since you like sports anime too, Chihayafuru is a great one to check out sometime! The sport they play - Karuta - is unlike anything else in the genre, it has a connection to poetry and history which I love. But you still get that classic sports trope of how the game means different things to different people, and where it leads them. There are team and individual games, so you get the best of both worlds there too.

Finally - if you're up for it! Gintama. It's a big commitment, but it really does payoff!! You have so many shounen highly rated in your list, comedy too. So I reckon it's worth a shot!! :D I apologise if I've suggested stuff you've already seen, I know you're still in the process of updating! :P

Yeah! We almost have close to 70% not too shabby at all. How close do you think you are to fully updating everything?

Some people are really good at customizing layouts but coding has never been my gig. This is a good place to start This is how I usually find a lot of mine. Hope you can find one you like.

And the comments you're talking about on my list actually is the tags. It's just styled in a way that's nice to present. I feel like my tags are a mess, I'm never happy with what I write.

Thanks! Yeah, adding a mini-review at the end is always nice.

As for the difference... not a damn clue, haha. Never used the com-to-com buttons. Maybe it switches to PM?
