And welcome back to this sadist anime... Yay. Not much has changed. The sadist-harassment and possessiveness still remains, along with the abusive-fetish theme. I'd say this OVA is slightly more messed up than the original series. If you're a DL fan, you'll probably like this. If not, don't even touch it, for your own mental wellbeing.

STORY: Sad. Very sad.

ART: The art is actually amazing. I love the character designs and color tones.

SOUND: Love it.

ENJOYMENT: I kind of wanted it to end as soon as it began...

OVERALL: I'm not touching this series with a bargepole ever again.

The name of this anime definitely speaks for itself. These "lovers" are DIABOLIC.

In a nutshell, this fetish anime is about a girl called Yui Komori, who gets dropped off at a mysterious mansion one day to become a living cocktail for 5 sadistic, hormonal vampire boys.

Character: I was pleasantly surprised with Yui's character. I was expecting the usual submissive, "a-ano" stuttering heroine so commonly found in reverse-harem teen-girl anime, but Yui had some guts, and made the effort to defend herself from the twisted sexual harassment on more than one occasion (when she wasn't petrified or completely restrained...) although with fangs in her neck every read more

I love this so, so much. Until now, I had never seen such a beautiful and well-composed anime adaption. The art, story and characters drew me right in; and as soon as it ended, the movie became an instant favorite of mine.

The feels were strong with this one. I found myself laughing, crying, holding my breath in suspense - NG hit me right in the feels, way harder than CLANNAD ever did (if such a thing is even possible...)

There's a lot more to Nerawareta Gakuen than the synopsis lets on, but I really don't want to spoil anything, and let it be a surprise anime read more

Okay, so I'm going to go against the grain here, but I really wanted to write a review of this manga.

I really, really wanted to like this series. I'm not being sarcastic; I mean it. I was really excited to read it when I first heard about it; the plotline is great, and the artwork is pretty. However, one of the things this series lacks the most is... impact. The size of some of the panels downplays the more important features, and highlights the lesser ones; this also makes the pacing very jumpy, and I had a bit of a hard time trying to follow read more

Is it just me, or does the entire English cast of CLANNAD fit into the English cast of Hakuouki?

I believe this is a real gem amongst anime. Admittedly, it had its moments, which is to be expected in otomate-to-anime adaptions (GAH CHIZURU PICK UP YOUR KATANA YES RIGHT THERE ON YOUR BELT THAT'S RIGHT NO TIME'S RUNNING OUT QUICK CHIZURU OH TOO LATE IT'S BISHIE SAMURAI NO.#7'S TURN TO RESCUE YOU AHHH).

Maybe that was a bit harsh. Truth be told, this anime is really well done. I didn't realise at the time that the members of the Shinsengumi (kind of the Japanese secret police of read more

UtaPri2 leaves UtaPri1 in its DUST.

I remember UtaPri1 being a little hard to follow - you were immediately launched into the story, there were colourful bishies everywhere (making things a little harder to concentrate) and characters were difficult to keep up with (I always got Masato and Tokiya mixed up). But as UtaPri1 came to an end, I kind of wanted to watch more.

I found UtaPri2 to be mindblowingly brilliant. From the first to last episode, I really enjoyed it. There's at least one episode dedicated to each member of STARISH; the storyline is a lot more gripping; character development is much improved; the animation read more

Chihayafuru has some kind of indefinable quality which makes it exceptionally heart-warming. It's a fairly innocent anime - and I for one think that innocence is brilliant! The relationships between characters and the characters themselves are some of the sweetest I've seen yet, and I can't wait to get started on the second season to see their personalities develop further.

I started watching this anime on a whim one afternoon, not quite sure what to expect. I hadn't looked into it that much, and was prepared for anything. Episode after episode continued into the evening, then into the night, and then into the early hours of read more

*This review will not contain important spoilers.*

I watched this in Korean dub (English subbed) and the first thing I recommend is that you watch this movie in the same dub you usually watch Naruto with. Whilst the Korean VAs did a fantastic job - especially Kushina's VA, she was amazing - the movie will have more meaning for you if you watch it in the same dub you use to watch Shippuden.

The second thing I recommend is that you have a pretty decent understanding of the Naruto series before you watch this movie. If you're new to Naruto, read more

I sprinted through this anime over the last couple of days - it is so cute and adorable! There is little more I can add to the positive reviews already posted. This anime is everything a rom-com should be.

The only downside I found was the less-than-satisfying ending. In fact, the last episode was pretty pointless... So with so many cliffhangers and unanswered questions, plus an ongoing manga, I really hope that a season 2 pops up sometime soon.

I really enjoyed this anime - the male protagonist is hilarious, and the character relationships are really involving. I found myself chuckling multiple times. Shoujo fans should not read more

If you've never watched Hetalia before, then you are guaranteed not to have the slightest foggiest on what is happening. Even if your Hetalia-crazed best friend is sitting beside you and giving you a running commentary on what is going on. #experience

That aside, this was actually a decent movie - but again, if you've never seen Hetalia before, you won't get a lot of the inside jokes (e.g. best friend is laughing out loud at random pieces of dialogue that you didn't really notice). If you're a fan of Hetalia, then you shouldn't miss out on this.
