Hello! It's been a while.
It's been pretty rough lately. My project isn't going so well. But I will still do what I can do to convince my teacher. I was sick for a week last month due to my low blood pressure. I wasn't able to get up from bed for a couple of day. Now I'm still feeling pretty listless lately, how about you? Have you been doing well? I hope you've been well :)

Not everyone is a native at English including me. I always appreciate anyone who tried their best to talk to me. Let me tell you a secret, I had spoke to several English native speakers and guess what, they actually don't really mind about grammar. If you ever got criticized because of you grammar by someone online they're internet bullies and you should not paid any attention to them. Keep your head straight, they can speak English, and maybe they can only speak English. But for us, English maybe our second or third language so I personally think it is understandable for us to make mistakes. I'm super glad to hear you're enjoying your job now!

I see you're watching Kimetsu no Yaiba now. What do you think about it? Hopefully you liked my recommendation. The animation uses 3DCG here and there but it doesn't feel excessive or look ugly at all. And the good thing is they don't animate the action scenes in 3D. I still think 2D animation for the action is the way to go. You know I don't really watch shounen that much, but I'm liking this so far. The action feels smooth and fluid, characters are pretty good (Nezuko is really cute lol) and what I like the most from this anime is the sword fights. They certainly know how to do the sword fight. Katana is made to end a battle in a flash. Maybe some people finds the battle scene in Kimetsu no Yaiba unsatisfactory because how fast it ends. But it should be like this, katana was made to slash the opponent's vital instead of clashing with each other because it's fragile. Overall, I am enjoying this series so far.

I forgot to mention this before but Monogatari series has concluded. Or maybe I should say they finally adapted the original novel into anime. The last of the series is Zoku Owarimonogatari, it was aired several months before. It's been years from the first time I watched the beginning of the series and now it's completed. I definitely feel lonely now I can't be hyped with a new Monogatari anime. They ended the series perfectly, definitely an unforgettable series for me. I can see myself in the future rewatching this whole series lol! I am actually reading the Monogatari manga now, the art style is pretty interesting and I like it a lot.

It's still a month away from holiday in my country. I still have to do my project until then. For holiday maybe I will take a part time job, or maybe not, I still haven't decided yet. How about you? Do you get holidays in the summer?
I guess it's a good time to end this message, happy weekend for you, stay healthy, and may good things happen to you!

Stay healthy!

Hello, it's been a while!
I hope you're doing great since the last time we talked. I haven't got many time to spare no recently, kinda busy with my graduation project. One of my professor is really hard to please, one tough nut to crack but I'm not giving up! Hopefully I can make it by the end of the month. I always appreciate your effort writing these replies and I think your English is good already. I too am still improving my English, I often make grammatical mistakes here and there which is understandable because English is not my first language. How's your training as a shift leader? I hope you're doing great with your training and your job. I know Duolingo app, I think it's pretty decent to learn Japanese there. If you want to know more about hiragana & katakana I recommend you to learn by writing. You'll remember every hiragana & katakana characters much easier from writing them. It is easier to write on a squared book at the beginning so you know the character's "boundary". At first you want to start with the relatively big squares then move to the smaller one. But this is the method that works for me, if you already have another method that works best for you then you can ignore my suggestion ;)

I think I understand that feeling. In some scenes I kept reciting in my heart "I have a bad feeling about this, please don't die" and fortunately the author didn't just kill off the good characters in this series. I understand why would you feel skeptical. I've seen the last episode, the ending was they managed to escape the farm. But actually things got harder once they left the farm. Well if you're curious with the story you can always read the manga or wait for the second season. The second season is already scheduled to air in 2020. Great!

I still haven't finished CCS yet ><
I honestly don't like Eriol Hiiragizawa when he first shown up in the 50th episode. I just know this person gonna be a jerk that's why I stopped at episode 50. I want to finish CCS once I have time. As well as S;G zero! I haven't finished it too. Honestly since the last season I only watch "relaxing" type anime. I've been under a lot of pressure so I'm not in the mood for serious series. I kinda feel bad for leaving it unfinished but I don't want to watch it halfheartedly.

If you still uncertain what anime to watch this season I can recommend you something you might like. Kimetsu no Yaiba looks old-fashioned, kinda remind me of Inuyasha. The theme is pretty similar too; old-time Japan. I think you'll like the art and the concept, but yeah it's 2019 and they modernized the animation with the 3DCGs but I can say the 3D in this anime is really well done.

I guess that's all from me for now. Again, good luck with your training as a shift leader and always stay healthy! Health is really important especially with more responsibilities on your back as a leader. See you again!

Sorry for replying so late, I'm struggling at managing my time these days. I hope you've been doing well and I'm sorry to hear that you were sick on your birthday, must be suck to be sick on your special day.

Yeah hopefully I can graduate this year that's why I was really busy thinking about my graduation project. But I'm managing somehow, thanks for your concern, I will do my best! I hope you're doing well with your Japanese lesson. Just curious, where do you take your lessons from? Is it from online sources or do you take a proper course somewhere? I read about INFJ-T for a bit and I think people with this kind of personality is amazing. They're a natural born leader, something I always had trouble with. Funnily enough I often got a position as a leader even though I can't lead. One time I got a position as leader it took a huge toll on my mind that I had to pass the leader position to someone else. I am not very social so having people expect so much to me is really exhausting for me.

To be honest I haven't read Yakusoku no Neverland ever since because I want to wait until more chapters getting translated. And I don't watch the anime because honestly I think I prefer this kind of story in manga format. I expect a lot of dialogue that needs to be animated and it's gonna take a lot of time. Whereas in manga I can read it quickly and still get the same comprehension as the anime assuming that the anime following the same plot as the manga. And just as I expected, recently my friend said that the anime is really slow, making him kinda lazy to watch it. So I recommend him to read the manga instead lol. Lastly, I think the art is really unique too, but if I had to say the quality of the art is kinda reduced in the later chapters.

Kakegurui is all about mind games. I think the author just wanna tell us that the gambling is not all about luck. Gambling and manipulation are bound to each other. The winner is the one who can manipulate the flow of the game to their favor. If you're not sure whether to watch it or not you can check the manga. But I have to say that the anime is really high quality. Just a little trivia, Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX caught in an event wearing Kakegurui T-Shirt lol.

I realized there's a lot of adaptation this season. I still watch manga adaptations like Kaguya and I know it's going to be good so I think it's worth to watch even though I already read the manga. I normally don't watch adaptation from game maybe that's why I don't get to watch as much anime as previous seasons. Though I still watch Kemono Friends 2 mainly because I like the concept and it's quite funny but the 3D animation is not really good.

I think you will definitely like Fukigen no Mononokean. I think you should start with it first if you want to watch something. It's not that long and the story is pretty light. Looks like you finished Cardcaptor Sakura before me, I remember I'm still stuck at episode 50. I don't know but I'm kinda in a slump lately. I ended up rewatching my old favorites most of the time. I should finish it when I have the time lol.

Next season huh? I should say my most anticipated anime next season is Senryuu Shoujo. It's a story about a super shy girl, the only way for her to communicate with other people is from writing senryuu. Senryuu is a japanese poem with 5-7-5 syllables rule. It is another manga adaptation, I've read the manga and I think it's very good. I really look forward to the anime adaptation :D

Sad to say but I have to end my message here. Last but not least, do you have anime you look forward next season or maybe this year?
Happy weekend and be healthy!
See you again! ^^

I decided to write to you today because I know today is your birthday as well. So, I want to say Happy Birthday to you, I hope this day would give you joy and more positive energy for you to go through the year! I always envy people who has birthday at the beginning of the year, mine is in September and usually during the mid-semester tests so I usually forgot about my own birthday. But oh well, nothing I can do about that lol. I hope you can stay positive and I'm happy to hear that you're feeling better.

I took the test you linked to me and honestly I kinda surprised with the result. If you're curious you can see my result here. I didn't expect to get 94% introvert in my result. I had took personality test before (and I paid for it) but I didn't get this extreme number before. Well I'm kinda confused because I'm pretty sure I am WAY MORE introverted in the past. But it's fun and free so I don't see anything wrong with it anyway.

I have read Hataraku Saibo Black too. I think it's really interesting manga, well a manga about cell is pretty novel in general. But Hataraku Saibo Black took it to another level because you can learn what you do affects your body as well. And about this season animes, I think it's kinda dull to be honest. I'm skipping a lot of titles this season, but some of them actually very good in my opinion. I'll list some here from the most interesting to the least:

  • Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen: love is war, therefore the one who confessed first is the loser. I read the manga and now I watch the anime because how good it is. The animation quality is superb.
  • Kakegurui xx: second season of Kakegurui, it's about school that decide everything with gambling. I just love how they depict the characters in this series.
  • Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari: usual isekai anime, honestly I don't really like it but as you can see my watch list this season is so low as it is lol.

About Yakusoku no Neverland, it's really good series but I haven't checked the anime just yet. I already read the manga and I think the concept is really interesting. Have you read the manga? If not please don't open the spoiler below, unless want to be spoiled or if the anime already advanced far enough lol.

I think you'll like the second season of Fukigen no Mononokean, but I just realized you already had it in your list lol.

My goal this year is simple, I want to graduate! How about yours? I don't know once you work you don't really have an exact goal in mind, at least for me. During my intern job, my goal is just to reach the deadline lol.
I guess that's all from me for now. I hope you're having a great day especially today because it's your birthday. Stay positive and keep yourself healthy :)
See you again soon!

I'm so sorry for replying so late. It's always busy around this time, and I just finished my final exams. Honestly I was pretty stressed all this time, but now I'm okay because there's no more exam to think.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed Isekai Shokudou. And yes, I read both version because I just love this series. I felt the same thing as you that's why I decided to check out the novel to read more story of Isekai Shokudou. I could say it's worth the time to read the novel because so much depth you can get from the novel version. Though I still think 6 volumes of novel is not enough for me, and I heard that the author took a break which is kinda disappointing. From what I heard the author took a break to take care of the LN version because the LN version still stuck at volume 4, 2 volumes behind the WN (Web Novel). I just can't wait to read more of it. The silly thing is, I always read this for hours and it never failed to make me hungry. It's really hard to resist not eating something after reading this. I have another recommendation that you might like. The title is Dungeon Meshi. It's another cooking manga but with a little bit twist to it, I think you'll like it.

I agree with your statement about Hakumei to Mikochi. I just didn't expect it to be this good. I love everything from this series. I especially like how they make things but in miniaturized manner. And I absolutely love all the characters in it, it's really hard for me to pick one, seriously ><

I am really sorry to hear your painful experience, I hope you're okay now. I thought that hate-spreading is becoming more and more common these days. I honestly don't want to involve myself too much with the society but I guess it's impossible after all we still live in a society. For me, I just act apathetic and do whatever I think the best.

To be honest it's kinda hard for me to watch the recent animes, they're just dull. As the result, I'm just rewatching some of my old favorites. I think I will browse some old animes to watch next.
It's a little bit early but Merry Christmas and Happy New Year :D
Have a great weekend
See you again,
