Limiting watch rate because grad school. Recommendations are welcome, especially on what to prioritize in the plan to watch list.

-8 and above: Watch this
-5 to 7: Sure, why not, though YMMV
-2 to 4: Avoid or proceed with caution
-1: Should hopefully never exist
