I was never a fan of "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya", although I had watched the whole series.
The movie "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya" made me a fan though.
When I found off there a spin off series I immediately bought the first couple books, and started watching the series.
I had felt like I had been tricked(which is why my enjoyment is a 2)! There was nothing even remotely interesting about this series. Like being promised cake but getting some old candy instead.
The art wasn't the best but that can be forgive, what I can't forgive is the lack of creativity!

Ok I randomly found this manga at my local B.A.M when going to the mall (yes when I go to the mall I always go to the bookstore for books instead of clothes-sue me)
Anyways I find this manga to be very cute and hilarious. It defiantly exceeded my expectations of when I was just reading the back. This is some type of Phenius and Ferb stuff. Instead of the Candace trying to bust her brothers it's the main charter Rumi. Who is just trying to pay attention in but instead is distracted by Seki. That's the basic formula and you think it would be bad or ...

I found this anime as I was looking around Netflix without actually reading the description. I loved the story, the charters, and the music, being honestly surprised. This anime was one of the anime that had left a big impression on me.
The anime follows the Otonashi in the afterlife with amnesia, where he meets the 'Battlefront". Follows him and his friends as they try to find out answers but mostly retaliate against there unfair lives. The ONLY problem with this anime would be how short it is and how few answers there are, but I honestly I think that's part of the charm, not everything can/or ... Previous - |
