I’ve done that before to fix my sleep schedule there’s been times I’ve failed but eventually succeeded at fixing it although I randomly mess it up unexpectedly

I have a lot of free time I’d have more episodes listed if I wasn’t so easily distracted by video games and also I have trouble focusing at times because sometimes I overthink but when I feel like I can focus, that’s when I decide to watch anime so I can focus
