Hello there!
Well, first off, let me introduce myself. I am Alex, a seventeen years old guy who loves fine arts (music mainly), anime & games. I have been listening to the great masters such as Beethoven, Bach or Listz since I was little. I started watching anime around late 2015/early 2016, and I am close to being a professional player at SMITE. That is it.
So, since there is not that much information I can share with you, readers, I will just leave down here a small scheme of how I rate shows:
Shows
- 10 - Masterpiece or personal favourites
- 9 - Almost perfect, stands out in its genre
- 8 - Fullfits my expectations, a good anime
- 7 - Good parts outweigh bad ones; could have been better
- 6 - Good ideas but poorly executed aka ruined
- 5 & below - Bad anime, not worth watching in my opinion
OVAs/movies
- 10 - Masterpiece, must be watched with the original show
- 9 - Almost perfect, improves the main story
- 8 - Fullfits my expectations, not needed but good OVA/special
- 7 - Could have been better in comparision with the show
- 6 - Good ideas but poorly executed aka ruined
- 5 & below - Not only unnecesary, but also a bad OVA/special
Alternative ending OVAs/specials/movies
- 10 - Masterpiece, perfect alternative ending
- 9 - Almost perfect, could be switched with the original ending
- 8 - Really good alternative ending
- 7 - Good one, but the original is still prefered
- 6 - Mediocre alternative ending, would make the anime worse
- 5 & below - Really bad one, would actually decrease the anime's rating
So that's it my friends, now you can understand my criteria a little better.
Don't judge anime by its genre, it's the story what matters.
