Both the same type of somewhat clever comedy, although in the Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san only one of the characters always has the upper hand.

Code Geass is obviously newer, and has a different permise, but they're both incredibly dramatic and have giant robots that are secondary to the plot.

Both are all about gangs and the underworld, have a lot of variety in character designs, and similarly "rough and muscular" sort of art (obviously different styles though). Black Joke is more international, while Sun-ken Rock is more Asia based.

Very similar main character and plot in some instances. The protagonists have very similar circumstances and are both former elite assassins who've had a change of heart, and no longer want to kill. Eventually, they also have to deal with their past. Kenshin is obviously in a different era with swords, ninjas, and samurai, while Black Cat is for the most part, modern day.

Fantasy world (1/2 prince is in a game though), bendering them genders, fighting, and drama stuff (like getting all familiar with people who might be considered enemies).

Good looking main character (who are incredibly overpowered), similar fantasy worlds, lots of wars and fighting, and dramatic pasts (with betrayal and deceptions!). However, Ubel Blatt is a lot bloodier and contains more death and despair.

...then you might like Shin Angyo Onshi add

Crazy occult stuff with a similar tragic background.

The main characters have a "dark hidden past" (some more than others), in both mangas (it doesn't end up explained in Tripeace though, since it's only translated up to chapter 30). The "mood" given off by war is very similar in these two mangas. Both mangas have a dominating militaristic country and many conspiracies. They both portray a cold world and the crimes against humanity an invading country can inflict towards civilians. Despite the serious parts, the mangas are also very funny and have humorous moments.

...then you might like Shin Angyo Onshi add

Both protagonists have a tragic past, which you are introduced to in flashbacks as the story profresses. They were once powerful heroes who fought in wars for their country, against armies of evil and twisted beings. However, they were betrayed by people they trusted, and journey through their respective countries that have now fallen to ruin, seeking revenge. Both of these heroes had lost strength they once had, but Koinzell from Ubel Blatt returns with new powers and is able to use his own power to fight. Munsu from Shin Angyo Onshi suffers from a disease that permanently weakens him, and later relies mostly on his Sando and medallion to fight. Both are in medieval settings with magic and swordplay, but Shin Angyo Onshi has a Korean theme, as well as firearms from the West. Ubel Blatt has a European theme, and also contains more perverted scenes. I highly recommend one if you enjoy the other.

If you liked Liar Game add

...then you might like Gamble Fish add

Both mangas have a protagonist who uses his wits to win bets in games, but while Liar Game focuses on legitimate strategies, Gamble Fish stacks the odds against the protagonist and involves cheating as a main strategy. Gamble Fish also has more characters with extreme and varied personalities and insane and unlikely situations. Gamble Fish is barely within the limits of reason. It also has more fanservice and humor, and is overall more entertaining and very recommended. I wouldn't recommend the reverse (as in recommending Liar Game to someone reading Gamble Fish) however. Gamble Fish does start off a bit slower, but quickly develops into much more.

Both have a main character who moves into a town where mysterious deaths occur. In Higurashi, however, the deaths were caused by murder, rather than other circumstances found in Another.
