I never really like the way my profile comes out, but i figure it’s time to try rewriting it again. I’m a big fan of speculative fiction – mostly fantasy, but a little scifi and horror too. I’m a history nerd, and i love it when stories incorporate a historical or political aspect. I like seeing prominent LGBTQIA+ and/or disabled characters, as well. I’m hardcore CLAMPtrash.
I think of this primarily as a site for keeping track of anime, manga, and light novels, so i’m not particularly sociable here. I’m also on Fanfiction.net and tumblr with the same username.

For various reasons, i'm currently on a Quest for a Great Ninja Manga, but i haven't had the best luck in that area. Any recommendations would be more than welcome. (My only request is that they be better than Naruto, not that that's setting the bar particularly high.)

Pedophilia is not a mental illness. If you call a sexual behaviour a mental illness you could also say that all sexual behaviours besides heterosexuality are a mental illness. There are criminal sexual behaviours like pedophilia and they are not defendable by anything. Of course it isn't a choice to be a pedophile but it's a choice to act upon that.
And while thinking about that you also have to see that being homosexual or one of the other one's aren't a choice as well, but are they a sexual paraphilia? Do you remember the good ol times when homosexuals were called mentally ill and they were thrown in mental asylums without harming anyone?
So much about your mental illness theory.

Yeah I've never really tried to make my profile look all fancy fancy either. Maybe if I could actually do graphical art it would be different XD.
