Both are very lighthearted slice-of-life comedies based around a group of friends. -Yuyushiki is all girls, GJ-bu has one guy. -Yuyushiki is "based around" a research club. GJ-bu doesn't have any actual club activities. -GJ-bu is much smoother while Yuyushiki is more energetic/jumpy.

-Both have tsukkomi male MCs surrounded by fairly silly characters. -Both have female MCs with delusions. (Chuu2 syndrome/Aliens). -Both have romance, though it is not as apparent in Denpa Onna. -Both are completed light novel series.

...then you might like Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai add

-Both have MCs in an environment where they don't exactly fit in, one being an outcast and the other a transfer student. -Both MCs often act as the tsukkomi to the other characters' antics. -Both are romcoms. -Both are completed (so far) animes, Boku wa has two completed seasons while Denpa Onna is close to a second season.

Both series have supernatural and fantasy elements as "regular" parts of life. Personally I believe that you either love this series, or you simply can't handle all of the many different elements and sometimes religious motifs used in it. Also, both have romance, action, and a "righteous" MC and both have their cute fanservice moments as well.

-Both follow a group of cute girls and what sorts of experiences (often funny and moe) they get into. -Both very light-hearted slice-of-life comedies with yuri, though it is very subtle in Yuyushiki unlike Yuru Yuri (hence the "Yuri").

-Both follow a group of schoolgirls and their experiences. -Both are light-hearted and often have many cute moments. -One is simply about girls having fun while the other is based on a light music club, though this does not detract from the moe and humor at all.
