Maybe write to me if you like something specifically. I am always curious when I give recs what will stick. No pressure whatsoever tho, only if you want to sometimes in the future.

Hope it will help you to find something you will enjoy. Sorry I am not too eloquent, I am kinda having a bad time.

Hmm, so I decided to focus on the immersion, and tbh it was sorta difficult, because I like it as well, so I found a lot of titles. I would also like to point out that since you seem to enjoy action seinen, there’s manga that is the natural continuation of the line for a Berserk-Blame-Dorohedoro reader – like Claymore or Basilisk or Vagabond, maybe even Homunculus, or Pluto, or Shin Angyo Onshi for fun action on the other hand... Meaning it seems that you miss some obvious choices from your list, I don’t know whether you have read them or not. This is not a criticism, I just think that it’s a waste not to try obvious masterpieces.
As for eternal characters – not really my thing, but these three titles come to mind. But that’s beyond the point.

So, if you want something as powerful as Megastructure, I think you should try Ito after all, the natural first destination would be Spiral:

Since you have enjoyed Blame! and Dorohedoro I can’t help but recommend trying out my fave with a similar visual style – Jiro Matsumoto. Maybe these two could be a decent starting point:

Hey, man, sorry for the late answer - irl hasn't been easy. I was going to compose a list for you, but it was way too many titles, and I was unsure. So maybe you could be more specific?

Blame is really unique, there aren't many things on par with it. So I need something to focus on when looking for alternatives. What do you seek? Action, cool designs, an alien world? Specifically seinen? Should it be edgy?

In general, for me there are three favorite mangaka with a similar style. Nihei with Blame!, Hayashida Q with Dorohedoro, which you have read as far as I see, and matsumoto with Freesia. But Freesia has a lot of drama and some social commentary, so maybe his other works like Jigoku no Alice or Joshi Kouhei are closer. But he sure is niche.

Otherwise you could maybe look into Keyman. And then I am at a loss, cause either I should list a lot of things, but I’d rather focus.

If you're not already familiar with them, they're pretty meaningless. Just to do with popsci personality psychology.

I love the edge (^o^)v

Ahaha edge souls XD Well from what i know it's being developed by bandai namco and dark souls was just published by them. I'm looking forward to it, it looks like it'll be fun. It's got a lot of style if nothing else~

It's from an upcoming PS4 game called code vein^^

Oh well, i suppose our tastes are just too different. I watched season 1 of Natsume, but i'm not really into iyashikei shows. I've started watching season 2 like 3 times now, but i just never get further than two episodes. It's not bad at all, just not my kind of thing~ That Hotarubi no Mori E by the same author is one of my favourite anime of all time though.

Oh sorry, i checked your list to make sure it was something you hadn't seen, but i guess you didn't mark it as dropped XD Well i'd recommend watching anything i've given an 8-10 to on my list, maybe you'll find something you'd like there :3 I don't think i'll ever feel like i've run out of anime i'd like, since i have literally hundreds of anime i'm interested in watching on my plan to watch list~ So much anime, so little time ┐( ˘_˘)┌
