I like your very well written review on Violet Evergarden, pretty much summed it all. Kudos!

I agree with you there. The main problem wasn't that there was no explanation of the respective parts but the way it was used. Like,

Firstly, They used WW2 as a device just to illustrate the sense of distance between the two. It is pretty much impossible to know who the Enemy was or why that happened, we are simply left with a war in Kujo fought. That is sloppy.

Secondly, I don't remember a Rorge so it hardly matters.

Thirdly, I agree with you completely. There has to be a better way to show this, Is a feeling of despair too hard to display correctly?

Fourthly, I love how even Wikipedia can't explain why it happens. But usually in anime, A hair color change reflects the grief/misery of the character like in Tokyo Ghoul, so I doubt anyone reads too hard into it. I took it that Brian(?) dyed her hair as he was dying so as to save her life.

I just opened google and typed 'Gosick Ending'. I dont remember it that much.

Is this your first anime? Or is this the first one you registered? Just curious.

Hi man. Not trying to criticize, but hopefully this will provide some answers to the ending of Gosick.

Regarding your Gosick Review (Points are in the same order)

-->What is the final war that they are fighting?
It actually is WW2, but It probably happened earlier than it was supposed to because of the events in Britain. Kind of like an alternate version to WW2 (They modified it as required)

-->How did Kojo's letter got ended up in the hands of the Science Acedemy Head?
Forgot/Didn't Really Care too much at the time.

-->What does the scene of Kojo crawling across the desert without his legs meant?
I guess you could say there's two alternate interpretations. Either Kujo died and when the sister went off at the end she got the news Kujo was dead, or it was metaphorical of how Kujo lost his way of getting himself to Vic but after the war reunited with her. I prefer the happy ending.

-->How did Vitorique's hair turned white?
Marie Antionette Syndrome

Although I admit that these were very vaguely explained (hinted at best)
