Alrighty, have fun watching it! It mostly about the fall of Hitler since it's already in the title. Hehe. Well WWII movies concentrate on real drama unlike in anime. Ehh I will not compare animes to movies. But yeah, most WWII movies are depressing. Which makes me watch more. And that one is a German film, you can find the movie on Youtube. I also like the Russian WWII movies too, I can recommend you "Road to Berlin"
